Jardine Funeral Home took care of all details of getting our loved one transported from FL to OH, working within a national network. Our contact at Jardine directed us to the website for choosing a casket, informational forms outlining what was necessary on our end and what they would provide. Prices were transparent. Staff always responded to texts or emails promptly. This is a family-run business. We used them before for one of our parent. I was extremely pleased with their expertise because I only made decisions about the funeral arrangements side while they took care of the more complex side of coordinating finer details behind the scene. I highly recommend Jardine Funeral Home.
I have dealt with Jardine for four funerals over the last few years. The most recent one was just last weekend. In all of the cases we had preplanned the funeral arrangements with Jardine in advance. In every case Jardine and their representatives were excellent and everything went very smoothly. They were extremely responsive with many questions prior to the services. In every way they have been very understanding, helpful and professional.
I cannot put into words how amazing the staff at Jardine Funeral Home is! They made the funeral for my father flow seamlessly. The took care of absolutely everything for our family. Karen and staff treated us like family. We were immediately comfortable with the establishment and the staff. They never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. To say they went above and beyond to help us is an understatement. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone who is in need of funeral services.
The staff at Jardine Funeral home are exceptional and I highly recommend this funeral home. They provide answers, empathy and compassion at a time when it is most needed. Our family worked with them twice and they are very thorough.
The Jardine Funeral Home was very sensitive and accommodating to our family’s requests and needs. The entire staff that we worked with from setting up initial funeral plans to attention to details on both the days of the funeral Mass and later the interment provided comfort and relief at our family’s time of grief. The Jardine Funeral Home showed genuine concern and sympathy for our loss of a loved one. Members of the Jardine staff reached out to us a couple of weeks after internment to check in on our family as we continue to work through the grieving process. Their concern and caring didn’t end at the burial.
Jardine Funeral Home was caring and well prepared for us when we arrived for our appointment. They walked through everything with us and made sure that we discussed everything. They were sympathetic, and willing to go the extra to walk through what would work for us.
Karen is a very compassionate funeral director. And very detailed. She guided us through the process of planning and implementing my mother’s funeral wishes and was always available to us when we had questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly.
Karen, Maddy, Hunter, Myles and the rest of the Jardine's team did an excellent job handling all the arrangements. They were prompt, detailed and took all the burden off us during a difficult time. And, most importantly, they were very empathetic and compassionate through the entire process.
Jardine and their staff went above and beyond my expectations with planning the arrangements of a funeral for a loved one. Everything from car service, flowers, service etc. Grateful for the small town touch during a difficult time.
The Jardine Funeral Home refused to honor a prepaid cremation contract for Myron Stern, a 96c year old WWII veteran. Jason Jardine was confronted by a 3News team member and fled the scene on the premise of pulling the file and then later blamed it on an employee. Oh I guess Jardine then wanted to honor the contract that had been in place when Myron purchased the service in 1999! What an insidiously greedy man Jason Jardine is to snub his nose at a WWII veteran.
