Derek and Diego were the jewelers for me and my fiancée! They were incredibly helpful throughout the process of creating a custom engagement ring for my fiancée and have done beautifully! Derek was so friendly and was prompt in giving me updates on the process of the ring and really simplified the process. He made us feel like people! And Diego did a masterful work with the engagement ring! I will most definitely be recommending them to my peers and coworkers looking for engagement rings at Jared's!
After doing some research online I was ready to purchase my first Tissot Supersport Chrono watch. There were many Unauthorized Dealers that were selling the watch for a lower price but none of them offered the direct warranty from Tissot that Jared Jewelry was able to sign me up for. Markus and Sal were very helpful and made my watch purchasing experience very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable about the products and were even able to give me a small discount at the end. We will definitely be back for future purchases!
The repair desk is always so helpful. I came to get a ring repaired and Alma was so kind and even helped me with a quick favor that I didn’t have the right watch tool for. I’ll always come here for jewelry purchases because I know they stand by their products and warranties.
Always great service, quality is the best and for any budget! I get my rings’ diamonds inspected every 6 months and they don’t only inspect them but leave them looking new. Mrs Alma is the sweetest and most courteous employee! Jared is my jewelry spot!
I come every 6 months to get my ring inspection done and every-time it’s such a great experience. Alma is usually the one there and she is the sweetest and most cheerful person to interact with. She is quick and thorough. I’m so glad I purchased my ring from Jared and thank Alma for making my visits pleasant.

Came into Jared today in order to clean my fiancée engagement ring and Alma Flores was super helpful in inspecting the ring prior to cleaning it as it has never been inspected since the original purchase. She encouraged to always ask for someone to inspect it in order to protect ourselves from losing any diamonds. Excellent customer service

Robert Uncle Bob assisted me with getting my engagement ring resized and I can honestly say I’ve never received better service! He explained the entire process so thoroughly and you can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured during the entire process and he was able to have my ring done for me in one day. He is truly not only a kind and genuine person, but a great conversationalist as well— I would recommend his services to anyone!
My daughter. her boyfriend and I had a superb experience today! We were welcomed by friendly staff, and Ms. Katie provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the merchandise which helped my daughter and her boyfriend to make the best decision for them. Ms. Katie listened to their needs and asked the appropriate questions. They left very satisfied with their purchase! It was a pleasant experience. No pressure to buy. Ms Katie was focused on making sure that my daughter was getting exactly what she wanted and within the budget that her boyfriend was comfortable with. All the staff at Jared's Memorial City were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them when shopping for engagement rings because they were very personable and provided the best customer service; and of course, for the numerous options of high quality jewelry from which to chose. My daughter and her boyfriend visited another well known jewelry store before visiting Jared's. That well known jewelry store did not provide the level of customer service that Jared's provided. The well known jewelry store did not ask about what they were shopping for, if there was a budget, nor did they point out the options of merchandise and where to look. Needless to say, that shopping experience was brief and Jared's got our business.
