Had a wonderful experience ring shopping. I was nervous and was not sure anything about engagement rings, but Sue made it an easy experience. She was knowledgeable about everything and helped me understand the process. She gave me the ring and diamond that i wanted, all in my budget! Thank you for all your help, I am a very happy and appreciative customer.
I had my engagement/wedding band fixed here and they did a phenomenal job. The customer service was outstanding! They were not pushy but very helpful! We came back to get a custom made necklace and it turned out beautifully. Their attention to detail is awesome!! We will definitely come back here again!!
I brought my wedding set in for repair and resizing. The repair was done on site which is great. It looks AMAZING! It is better than it ever was! Jenniffer Thorn was great to work with. I highly recommend!
Unfortunately, my wife’s wedding ring was misplaced shortly before we moved to Chicagoland. Being new here, I naturally went to the Jared’s closest to my home to purchase her replacement. There at the store, Jenn & Kim were the nicest, most knowledgeable tandem, I’ve dealt with in a while. The ladies were super attentive, patient, kind, and they shared their wealth of knowledge in a manner that was warm and friendly not like “sales”. people. Instead they were just people helping people. They understood the delicacy of the situation and responded accordingly. I would recommend not only that potential customers spend their money at this Jared’s, but also that you go for those big moments that really really matter to you!! With these ladies, you’re in good hands.
Jenniffer Thorn at the Rte 59 Aurora location was great! I had an issue that started with another jewelry company and was out of options. I explained the situation to Jenniffer and she was extremely understanding and provided me with a reasonable solution immediately. She was very knowledgeable and was wonderful to deal with. Jared is highly recommended!
I am more than pleased with customer service, I was able to exchange my wedding enhancer, Kelly did a great job in choosing one that best fits my princess cut. This is a much better fit and more comfortable and even more beautiful and radiant than my previous one!
I came into Jared Naperville to get my necklace untangled. It’s been tangled for a year of trying to fix it. Kim fixed my necklace and cleaned it for free in under 20 minutes. She was so pleasant! Thank you!!
Absolutely Great service! Took the time to explain every question we asked, very patient and compassionate about serving and servicing us. My husband replaced the prongs on my very first wedding ring , 28 years old. He went from 6 white gold to 4 platinum prongs. Naperville Jared Thanks Dana!
They took good care of us and while the sales staff was a bit pushy, I never felt uncomfortable. They also seem to have great service and were able to resize the ring within a couple of hours. The store features a fun kids area to play while you are taking your time looking at jewelery. I can't make any comments about their prices as I don't know enough about the matter. They do have a good selection of various designers within all typical price ranges for jewelery.
We have purchased many items from Jared over the last 20 years. Though we have moved to another state now, we visit Chicago regularly. Due to convenience, we chose to go the the Aurora, IL location on North Rt 59 this trip, and we are glad we did. We had the good fortune of working with Jenniffer Thorn, who took care of everything we needed and then some. She is knowledgeable, competent, helpful and the nicest person we could have hoped to deal with. We had repairs to a couple of items, cleaning of several, as well as a selection and purchase of a new item, so not just an easy transaction for her. It all went perfectly and beyond expectations, especially as we were only in town a few days. We will be making a point to visit Jared, and to see Jenniffer again the next time we are in Chicago ! Thank you Jenniffer.
