My daughter was married last weekend at the Historic Jasmine and they could not have chosen a more perfect place for their special day!! From the very beginning, the Smith family was amazing. They were there to help every step of the way. The venue was all encompassing. From the cocktail hour outside by the treehouse bar to the big event tent and of course the beautiful Chapel In The Woods. The photos do not do it justice, you definitely need to see it in person. On Friday, we had our rehearsal Dinner and a Night Before Party and stayed the night in the Manor House which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend staying at the house for the full historic experience. Thank you Don and Ashton for making our daughter and now son-in-law's wedding a day they will cherish forever!!!
This venue is absolutely amazing! The decor and layout is beautiful, you have multiple options for your ceremony and reception. The lights and decor here makes it feel unreal especially when the sun goes down Working with Ashton and his dad was great they are flexible, patient and some of the nicest people you’ll meet If you’re in the market for a wedding venue save yourself some hassle and stop by historic Jasmine first!
Our experience with the Historic Jasmine was nothing short of a dream. From day one the owners made us feel 100% welcome and the flexibility and freedom to plan our day how we wanted was amazing. They’ve really thought of every detail and there’s not a single spot on the property that isn’t picture worthy. Grounds were spotless and staff were out of sight but available on demand! Truly couldn’t have imagined our day any more perfect and would host our wedding here a million times over!
This place is amazing! We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding here and it was such a wonderful experience! Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, but it offers so many different landscape options that allow you to capture many different and unique pictures. The owners were also amazing! They were always there to quickly answer all of our questions and attended to all of our needs. We highly recommend this place! Don’t miss out, go see and experience it in person so that you too can see how beautiful it is.
Absolutely perfect venue for our wedding. It is large enough for our 100+ guests yet quaint enough to feel cozy and welcoming. Every aspect of the Plantation is perfectly suited for photo opportunities. We had our ceremony last weekend and used the outdoor chapel. The location speaks for itself. You won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect!
As a wedding photographer I cannot express enough how incredible this venue is! The setting is incredible and the owners work hard to maintain immaculate grounds and provide an incredible experience for their couples. All of the guests from my most recent wedding there were abuzz with how adorable, well done, and lovely the venue is! My wedding couples have been served incredibly well by the staff and it is always a pleasure for me as a vendor to work with their amazing team!! - Rebecca Crosby Photography
The Historic Jasmine Plantation was the site of a wonderful and significant wedding. The venue was perfect. The staff were excellent and food was great. I can imagine many other events in this lovely setting. The gardens were exquisite and the house on the property is charming. If you visit or use this venue, you are in for a treat.
We went to see the place! Sorry, I forgot your name, very nice guy! I love the love signs! Beautiful place!Rooms: 5/5
Oh my goodness - where to start?! My husband and I knew that Jasmine would be the perfect venue for our October wedding within minutes of meeting the owner, Don. He has a true love for love, and it is evident in the work that he and his family put in to this beautiful historic home and its grounds. We had a contract for the entire weekend, and our entire bridal party and their significant others were able to stay at the venue Friday and Saturday night. Anything owned by Jasmine, Don and his family set up and broke down both days we had our rehearsal dinner on the Magnolia Terrace Friday evening. The "Chapel in the Woods" was the most beautiful location for our ceremony, and the reception tent was absolutely lovely. We had 120 guests, and the reception tent was the perfect size for that many. There are nooks and sweet spots all around the grounds, and our guests loved everything about the venue. We heard nothing but glowing reviews! When we booked with Jasmine, Don gave us a curated list of vendors in the area that they recommend, which was so helpful as we worked through bookings. Getting married at Jasmine is easy, delightful, and full of love. You truly feel like you are getting married at a family home! I cannot say enough positive things about Don, his family, and the venue!
Totally weird rooster statue near the shed, but what old, historic place wouldn’t be awesome without some odd and creepy quirks and you can’t call yourself a plantation STILL without being creepy, without some quirks. Nice venue, nice old house. Seemed convenient to get to from all over the state. Went to a brunch wedding, but couldn’t imagine it being any less perfect at another time of the day.
