The owner is fantastic! You don’t find many places that actually care about their guests. The first time we stayed he was very accommodating with our late arrival and large trailer. He was extremely empathetic when we had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. Hotel is great and service is outstanding!Rooms: 5/5

Stayed here on a business trip. I came pretty late at night during a snow storm. The gentleman shoveled out a spot for me and so I wouldn't fall. My video of the room won't upload for some reason. However, room was large & clean. I left early so didn't try any amenities, it was a short stay. Comfortable bed.Rooms: 3/5
Enjoyed our stay. Upgraded to KS. Bed was sooo comfy. Did have stale, smoke smell in the room. Air disinfect and air freshener did the job. Would stay again. Friendly staff. Clean room.Rooms: 4/5

I was surprised how nice and clean and comfortable the lodge was. The beds, linens, and pillows were AMAZING! Seriously, I think this was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The rooms are generously sized, and the thermostat worked great. The continental breakfast was good, and our family had a very pleasant stay. I will stay here again with my family, especially because it's such a great value. I read lots of other good reviews before deciding to stay here, and I have to agree, this place is an excellent choice.
When arrived no one was at the front desk, front desk sign says if waiting more than 5 min after ringing the bell call this number, when we pulled into hotel parking lot, front desk man was outside by the back of the hotel with some other people, he saw us, but he didn't bother to come in until I called him, that was annoying. Housekeeping didn't ensure that there was more than ONE TOWEL. Breakfast was a minimal affair with only carb laden options. Overall good basic hotel for price, beds comfy, pretty clean hotel, location good, Marinette County is beautiful for ATV/UTV riding and waterfall chasing! - Just have to go north to get to trails - nothing in Crivitz. We would stay there again!
Room was clean bed was comfy. Staff we seen was nice. Reception area and hallways smelled like bad body oder. Breakfast was real small but worked just fine. We would stay again.
I stayed here last month to do the waterfall loop. The place look amazing on the outside. On the inside it was very outdated and smelled so musty, like it hasn't been used in years. It was so bad, I could actually taste it in my mouth.... There was a good deal of dust on the light fixtures as well. Horribly overpriced. Staff weren't friendly and seemed disinterested. I will absolutely not stay here in the future.
Our experience from making the reservation for snowmobiling to our departure was awesome !! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to insure we had the best experience in Crivitz. The rooms and grounds were immaculate, we had adequate parking for our trailer's, and vehicles. Fuel is available across the street and there's trail access from the parking lot.
