JB’s owner, Jon, first opened up shop in 2010. This classic, 50s-inspired eatery, a real labor of love, is a tribute to his parents’ own sweet love story. They met in 1952 -- he was working in a hamburger joint, and she was working across the street in an ice cream parlor. They saw each other, and the rest is history, as they say. To honor them, JB’s serves up classic American eats in a fun, retro space, and of course the burgers and ice cream are a must-try!
