This is the facebook site for the JBAB Functional Fitness Classes. This site will post the Workout of the Day (WOD) and serve as the central hub for what is happening at JBAB Functional Fitness (Building 72).
If you are interested in trying out our Functional Fitness classes and you have access to the fitness center on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, please stop by and give a class a try. Our class schedule is:
