I ordered a floral arrangement in the store from their catalog, they were to be delivered to the funeral home on Sat for services on Sunday. The flowers never arrived. On Monday, the family contacted me to thank me for the flowers that were delivered to their home, they sent a picture. The flowers that were ordered were not delivered for the services, instead, they were sent to the family’s home the day after the services. What they sent was mostly a cheap bouquet of daisies, the color scheme in the catalog was peach, and the flowers that were sent were mostly white. Very disappointed and displeased. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Katherine did our wedding and everyone was in love with the beautiful centerpieces and my bouquet !Katherine did an amazing job helping us not only with the asking arrangements, but I totally forgot to get the baskets for my flower girls and she did the impossible to get them for me. I am beyond grateful for the talent and the consideration for their costumers. I highly recommend them
Called in a rush for a Bouquet of flowers $125 total ended up $170. But they have different arrangements I just wanted the best of the best and bells and whistles! And boy did it do it’s job! Happy wife happy life is all I’m saying!

Very disappointed. 5 roses were $48.88 I asked for a refund 5 minutes after I left the store and the lady said No since I had already left. Only 5 minutes had passed. She offered an extra rose but no refund. Definitely not coming back ever… I also asked her if at least I could pick the roses I wanted and she said No. Terrible service!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. After waiting all day and being promised that Roses would be delivered no later then 6:00 pm. They finally arrived at 10:00 pm The owner could care less. She was rude like it was my fault instead of her own. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
I have received flowers from Heavenly Flowers multiple times and they are always absolutely gorgeous. I will order from them in the future!
Pros: It was delivered early in the day, which I appreciated, and was also a larger arrangement than I expected, which was nice. Cons: several blooms were drooping or wilting, and the blue hydrangeas actually weren't the natural blue they they can come in, but white ones spray-painted blue. You could see the paint build-up on some blossoms and could smell it a little too. It wasn't a strong or offensive smell and you had to lean in, but it was definitely a flowers+paint scent going on. It's a pretty and well arranged bouquet, but a little disappointing for the price I paid to get a wilting and spray-painted bouquet. Not sure I'd use again. I also ordered online. If you're going to give them a try, definitely speak to an employee instead of what I did, and I'd advise to try them out at a non-busy or non-holiday time of year.
