I just went to the store for the first time a few days ago I like to deal with merchants close to my home and explained my situation. I had a previous jeweler that I went to for over 30 years unfortunately, she went out of business My dealings in one day have convinced me that this will be my new jewelry store and hopefully for a long time.
Beautiful jewelry, very personable, great service.
I brought in a pendant for an adjustment it didn’t fit on a new chain I bought. When I went in to pick up the price they went over the bill explaining that they “fixed” the chain…a brand new chain that was not broken. They tried to charge me for it too. They didn’t call or ask me-they just took it upon themselves to “repair” an item that was not broken and tried to make me pay for it. And didn’t apologize either. I will NEVER again set foot in this dishonest and devious shop.
I was skeptical to bring my mother's bracelet to just any jewler, after I walked in and was welcomed by such a bright sole of the woman and man behind the counter, my conscious leed me to test this craftsman's work., they quoted me a great price compared to my long time jewler and when I inspected the work under a glass it was great workmanship, plus it was super shiny clean when I picked it up at no extra charge. Very pleased and will use them again and recommend them to others.

For the past few decades my family has dealt with Zarnoch -possibly more than 40 years even. They have proven to be trustworthy jewelers, and Steve is awesome there. I would definitely highly recommend them for watches and jewelry.
They were able to fix my bracelet quickly and for a great price. They also have a very wide selection of jewelry. I highly recommend going here. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
I brought my engagement ring to fix and I am so happy they did a wonderful job . The customer service is great so happy to have found them. I will definitely be back to buy a nice ring. Thank you again.
He took one quick look at a silver menorah i brought in to be refinished and said no. Then he proceeded to tell me that plating is prohibited in New York , a fast Google search will teach you otherwise. He told me he was a jeweler and I needed a silversmith, although he sold other silver products. I found it very troubling that before i said a word his word was no, i guess he has a problem with menorahs or the people who own them.
Friendly And nice staff. Good selections and custom orders. Repair work is also top notch!
