Good deals if you know how to shop. Look online for shopper money saving tips. We had difficulty locating the elevator. Lots of discounts upon discounts if you use a JC Penney card.
I called to confirm that their website mentioned they had the shoes I wanted to buy in stock before I drove to their store. The lady answered and i let her know what I was looking for and if she could please confirm they had the shoes available. So she very rudely responded, " Your gonna have to give me a minute" . I totally understand they do get busy but it was her tone that completely turned me off to me thats not good customer service.But I still decided to go buy the shoes the cashiers, salesfloor staff was very helpful nice great in store customer service with a smile I love that.
This JC Penney's didn't really have a lot of things The staff members were friendly and had good customer service.The clothes were a little bit old fashioned for me and I do love shopping at JC Penneybut it could just be this location
Good prices, excellent costumer service, quick attention, sanitized, curbside pick up is quickly around 5 minutes. Good to buy online and pick up in store because it is free.
Not A bad store, I don't shop here too often. But its nice a good amount of choices. The prices are not the best, but the quality of the merchandise reflects what you paid. So here you get what you pay for. This is a good thing, fair prices good merchandise.
Wanted to find some Husky pants for boys. Went to several other stores JCPENNEY was the only one that had Husky in stock. The other stores said needed to go online. The reason for 4 Stars is they don't open until 11 am except for Friday and Saturday which is 10am

Went in to buy my Nephew a G-Shock watch for his birthday after looking at them and being ignored buy the sales lady for about 10min I looked it up on Amazon and found it for more than half the price and was delivered same day thanks JC Penney.

Excellent customer service. Me and my wife went into the store for my third pick up order & the young lady Griselda opened my package to make sure my order was right & unfortunately it was the wrong size. Griselda right away offered to reorder the size & made the transaction smooth. Great customer service starting with her smiles, patience’s & conversation. The other times we went in to pick up our order the elder lady & the other young lady genvive unfortunately don’t have the the same patience & didn’t acknowledge to open our package. I hope they follow protocols.
