They should have a store fragrance for sale. I know it's a combination of scents but still! Coming through the scents aisle during Christmas is crazy. So many people trying to give you samples. One lady in particular was the sweetest tho. They had ran out of the gift sets for Jimmy Choo Aqua, so she made me one.
I made my very first purchase in the store since 01/01/2020. Not crowded at all in the early Monday morning. They have fitting room open for my convenience. No long line for return, no long line for checking out, either. Customer service was great. You might not able to see their smiles because everyone was wearing a mask. However, you can feel their kindness with your humble heart.
This is awful. It’s the 27th of December and this store only has 1 register opened on the whole first floor! There is only on poor attendant dealing with people who are increasingly losing their cool because of long waits to get to her. This is the worst customer service!! The store manager should be ashamed for not anticipating after Christmas shopping! Not fair to the poor staff nor the customer!
Gotta get great perfume somewhere! 2 years ago Update: My wallet purse broke earlier this week. So off to Plaza Bonita mall we went. Found what I needed here at Macy's!! Even better it was 50% off! Giani Bernini makes it lightweight in a slender design! Nice brown color to match everything and 3 pockets inside and zipper pocket on the outside. The long strap fits over perfect as a cross shoulder. So perfect! Update December 2022: Gotta love the holiday Fragrance savings and incentives. For a late birthday gift, I received a wonderful Coach perfume kit with a Coach fragrance tote bag. Hubby purchased little bottles and infused the fragrance so I could put them in different purses. :

Pretty nice store has a whole section dedicated to 50%-70% off so you can have nice clothes for like 12 or 20 buck not too bad . The shoes are so beautiful ! There is also a discounted area but other than that expect $50 and up prices for shoes. Perfumes make up counters facial cleaners etc also available here home decor and electronic
We went shopping around for a suit for my boyfriend for his son's wedding and seem many suits and a couple different stores but the store that had the best variety and at a good price for the brands and quality of their suits had to be Macy's in Fashion Valley. The employees there are also very nice, helpful, and polite.
Went to get make up, nobody was there to help. No cashier, no body at all. After 20 minutes A kind lady from another department came to the rescue and helped out. I was wanting to buy more stuff but i just purchased my $50 item and left. Good grief what's going on Macy's ?
Macy’s Westfield Plaza Bonita has great customer service, trend setting men’s fashion and lots of dresses for social occasions to choose from. At this Macy’s, I check out the INC shop in men’s. They always have the latest trend setting fashion for guys; helping me to stay current and not looking behind in the times. This store also has a huge selection of Levi’s, making it easy for me to find the best fit and size. When shopping with the ladies, I am always told they think this Macy’s has the best selection of dresses for social get togethers. Not only is fashionable style always mentioned, but apparently, they have a large selection of petite and women’s sizes that are hard to find in other stores. The last mattress I purchased was from Macy’s. Great mattress and the delivery service was fast and friendly. They even rolled out a red carpet before brining it into my place; at first, I thought it was funny. Now I know it was class you rarely get to experience anymore. The mattresses at this store are on the 2nd floor, just past bedding and luggage, across from kitchen goods. If you are looking to be current in fashion while being your social self, shop at Macy’s Westfield Plaza Bonita.
Always come evey year in November to get new cologne. This year was awesome because I saw the new Toys R Us section inside. Thanks!
