JC Penney has a different color scheme than Macy's. More white. Two levels with escalator and elevator available. Macy's has a Toys-R-Us so Macy's has a better toy selection. I find the prices here high. Multiple entrances and plenty of parking .

Stopped by for a shirt and pants for a wedding. They had several styles of shirts to chose from and I was able to try them on for correct sizing. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly although very insistent about getting their card. I do appreciate her and her manager presumed trying to save me money but some of us are aware of the credit rating downfalls when opening up accounts.

Rude staff member body shaming me in the dressing room while I was waiting for my friend to help me with zipper. Old woman just stared me down, repeatedly saying it won't zip, and implying I will rip it if we attempt anything - I'm 35, i know how to try on clothes. It was actually pretty close to fitting and this lady acted like I was no where close just by looking at me. Rudest experience I've ever had in a dressing room.

I was a bit underwhelmed with the selection of men's jewelry, but I still give five stars because I received excellent customer service from the employee working the jewelry counter.

Extremely dissatisfied. I've used JCPenney for many years and NEVER had any issues with returning something that didn't fit or was being returned because I wore something else. My husband bought a suit jacket that he intended to wear to a funeral and putting it on the morning of realized it did not match the pants and shirt he had, so he chose not to wear it an return it. I kept every single tag, kept my receipt and had the card it was purchased with. When presenting at the store I was told that it could not be returned because the tags had been removed, I advised the Store Associate I had all of the tags, and briefly explained he'd taken them off while getting ready and wound up never wearing it. When asking if there was ANYTHING that could be done she told me no and continued on. There is NO disclaimer of any kind that indicates a suit jacket cannot be returned after tags have been removed so the fact that the Associate was unhelpful in anyway giving no explanation as to why this $230 UNWORN jacket could not be taken back was unbelievable. As much as I like JCPenney and have always shipped here, I will not be going back or purchasing online for anything going forward. I'll also add that when reviewing their return policy, I was unable to find any specification that supported what I was told.

Store is good. But very less sales representatives....very less staff. Most coupons. does not work on many stuffs.

I don't know how JC Penney stays in business. Terrible selection of men's clothes, over priced and it's hard to find an open register to purchase stuff I put the item back and walked away yesterday when I managed to settle on an item which was adequate but not what I wanted and then had to wait 20 minutes to check out so I gave up and ordered from Amazon. Not going back to JCP ever again.

Helpful employees. Can be busy at times with good quality clothes and styles.
