I had a very bad experience at this store. I had lot of items, I agree as I did my back to school shopping. However the billing associate got very annoyed and if tag was missing, she started billing me the full price for a similar item . I realized this after 3-4 items as I had pulled some items from 50% off items. When I pointed out this, she started putting items without a tag behind her saying she cannot sell them to me. We are all aware missing price tags is not a customers fault and sometimes when you find things you like, you might oversee tag is missing. This was a store I regularly used to visit, but now m scared if they will make up prices and I might oversee this.
I went there looking for a shirt and slacks for an upcoming wedding. I found that they were very limited on size and when I did find one that appeared to be my size I would have had to unwrap the shirt from the packaging. I ended up trying on shirts from the hanging selection in my size to attempt to see if I'm close. If I'm paying nearly $100 for a shirt I think I'd have been able to try it on. We then looked at luggage and most was marked on sale but not a single price was shown on any of the items. I don't need to play the guessing game for luggage. We had a budget and couldn't even begin to search. There was staff asking if we need help but I didn't feel comfortable asking on every piece displayed.
Macy's was good I was looking for some short sleeve shirts for work but I couldn't find much because winter is coming and that taking away the short sleeves and putting on long sleeves and shirts with collars
Was not allowed to return two pairs of ray ban wayfarer that was returned in the same condition it was bought two weeks prior. They were neither used nor dropped or scratched. Store stated that it have specs that was not visible to us after wiping it with dirty microfiber towel for few minutes. Product was bought at sunglass hut in Macys two weeks ago from display after confirming their return policy. Was told it could be returned anywhere within 30 days. Called Macys but was told to go to store since it was not bought online. Rip off and fraudulent return policy since they stated same reason for both pairs. Ironic that they advertise easy return policy in their counter. Bought on May 13th..tried to rerun on June 1 and 2nd. Will file dispute with credit card since our attempt to return failed.
Great customer service in most departments. Exceptional in clothing and perfumes. Not so much in cosmetics, which use to be exceptional at this location. Could have been due to different staff in the day versus evening. Long waits at the pick up and return area. Only one person on the majority of the time. But diverse selections through out the store. Great Sales and clean pretty displays throughout. Stocking crew was wonderfully helpful with directions.
Very well stocked. Multiple levels with escalator available. I usually don't shop because of prices and Macy's, I feel, is aimed for female cliental. Multi level parking. Update: Sunday afternoon, August 2021; Very helpful staff. Elevator and bathroom were in good shape. There is an area next to the bathroom where you can sit and plug in your phone .
Charbel, was very helpful in helping me finding my watch. He was enthusiastic and very pleasant to deal with. He made my shopping experience a pleasant one.
I had a great experience, found everything that I needed and also the service was amazing and friendly.
Is terrible rude lady. This was near the end of the pandemic and I wasn't wearing a mask and this old lady that was working there threatened to call security and kick me out as I was just trying to go to the bathroom. I feel like I was being discriminated against and at the time it wasn't even enforced it was recommended but she kept making me feel degraded because I wasn't wearing a mask which was absolutely wrong and not in her jurisdiction of her job to do so.
I went to customer service and was greeted by a pleasant woman named Carolyn. I had quite a problem and she fixed it not only quickly but with absolutely no hassle and was extremely knowledgeable of the transaction. To my surprise I received a 25% off my bill! Her coworker Bill was just as courteous and knowledgeable as she as I watched him deal with a customer before me. She also was happy with her discount and payment. I realize that every place is shorthanded and working hard since Covid but to have 2 employees dedicated and loyal to their job; greeting all customers with a smile should get a raise because good help is difficult to find and keep With great satisfaction Donna Barker
