Only 1 or 2 associates ringing. Lines form quickly. Items did not ring up posted price. Associate was alone so couldn't check sign. Up escalator inoperable for a few weeks, unfortunately both mall escalators outside the store were out of service too. Elevator across the store and is very slow. Makes multi floor shopping inconvenient.
One of my favorite places to get good quality products at affordable prices!
We like Jcpenny becuase of good collection they have. This store is much better sections for kids, ladies and gents. My wife love shopping here.
Fitting rooms close 30 min before store closure, they do not open on time. Worst experience of all department stores-competitors.

Despite being Christmas Eve, the store was well organized and still had plenty of options left. They have a nice selection of clothing from uppermid-tiered dressy down to sports teams and work apparel.
From all the old stores I'm so happy jc penny is still going and love there clothes and quality and prices

I called the 1800 number they did not help, 5 times is enough,must be going out of business.All I wanted was to buy a window shade at the sale price,than paying full price,now it does not matter,to much running around and not getting what I want,will GO some were else. Tim
