Don’t come to this location if you are in between sizes or a new mother looking for clothes that fit. Fitting rooms are nearly impossible to find and once I found one.. it was a “boys” fitting room. I got in there and tried on a pair of shorts, didn’t fit so I went back out for a bigger size and when I came back all rooms were locked. Couldn’t find an employee anywhere except at the register with a mile long line. I set my items down and decided to spend my money elsewhere. It’s just a matter of time before JC Penney goes out of business. You cannot be a clothing store and offer nearly zero fitting rooms.
Item was delivered on Friday to the store. I went by on Sunday for pick up. Mary with customer service was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my Item was found. She even called another associate, Stephen. I really appreciate the help I received from them both.
My husband was in desperate need of a pair of dress pants. I feel as though I can always depend on JC Penney. Having said that we were in shock at how little the mall was being utilized. It is sad to see.
I bought three tops and really nice it's quiet and peaceful there
Good store in a rough spot. One of the few placed I can find soft, non-pique polo shirts. Prices are a bit high with so many name brands, but there is always a bunch of stuff on sale. Sephora is no longer inside but the make-up section is still present and staffed. The further from the doors you get rhe more lifeless the store becomes. Walking around what was the small electronics section felt like time had stopped. I dont visit often but will definitely return when I need/want more shirts.

Supposed to be open at noon on sunday. Store does not oped till 12:30 What is going on?
I found what I needed but they should've had more registers open. At 4p.m. you wouldn't have thought that the lines would've been that bad. But overall, not a bad experience.
Had a great sale going on, and I purchased some beautiful long sleeve tops! Associates were kind and helpful. Love JCPenney!!
