A&E Service is a joke. They will text 5 times to confirm, make your appointment time from 8 to 5 so you have to stay off of work just to cancel at 11 am the day of. Do not schedule thru Samsung they will just waste your time meanwhile you have to haul your laundry to the Laundromat while the machine is down.
That was the worst experience i have ever seen! First repair someone ordered the part was ordered this began at the last of May. The new part has finally come today, hopefully the right part. I have called the repair guy, so therefore everything is still up in the air. At 87 years old this is ridiculous. Not professional at all. Don’t bother ever not show this review to others. Furthermore, everything in your business should not be automated. Some of us would like to talk to a body with two legs, not a robot. I hate that. I will be reporting to BB and B in reference to you all. If it is not fixed by today. I will have an attorney let you know.
This place was HORRIBLE. Our stove went out and when called, they said they could repair it. Once he came, he said we had to pay over $90 and that he had to order a part. Two weeks later, we still didn’t have our stove. We called a handyman who got it fixed that day. We did get refunded for the part, but not happy about paying for someone to tell me they had to order a part and not do the repair.
Although the Technician from Sears was punctual worked hard and was pleasant, I am disappointed that after he finished performing maintenance on the dryer, I expected that he would have put back the dryer vent hose, onto the dryer and put two pieces that had come apart together again. I had to move the washer and dryer to get back at the pipe and piece it back together. I paid $50 for the dryer maintenance and thought that the dryer pipe would have been a part of the inspection. I paid over $400 for the washer repair and according to my bill, I wasn't charged for the dryer but for that price, I could've bought a new top load washer from a dealer around here! Anyway he did a good job on the washer and the dryer cleanup but I wish the technician would have put everything back together. I would use Sears again but they are quite expensive.
