I am a regular shopper at this store and I simply came in on 9-17-23 at 5:05 pm. I made a purchase for two pair of jeans, the young lady was very helpful BUT forgot to take off my security pins inside of the jeans. I turned around to let her know and the first thing I received is an attitude as if I did something wrong, and after taking off 1 pin she finished her transaction with the customer and then literally walked off on me no excuse me sir give me a moment or anything. I had to ask her fellow employee to take the other pin off for me. This is horrible service and if you're going to give someone an attitude about YOUR MISTAKES, no apology, and YOU WALKED OFF ON YOUR CUSTOMER. WOW JCPENNY I HOPE YOU MAKE SOME CHANGES OR AT LEAST COACH THIS PERSON ON HOW TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP ON THIS MATTER WITH MANAGEMENT TODAY.
If you are looking for deals JC normally has them. I went in to purchase an appliance but I found it had to be ordered online which they were able to do. It was not like the old days. But times like methods change. The store was clean and the associates were professional and polite. I would shop there again.
I spent the day shopping for a formal dress for my wife. This was my favorite store. Neat. Clean. Very well maintained. Prices reflect high quality apparel. Prices not stupid high. Reasonable for quality. A well run store.
Had a great shopping experience! The staff was very friendly. There were lots of clothing options. And on the second floor there were tons of towels and home goods! Will definitely be back in soon when in Pensacola, FL.
Great employees in the women's clothing and cashiers working that department. Great sale right now.
Got some great deals. The upstairs home department, is really the reason I shop there. The merchandise has been upgraded and a wide variety of sheets,towels...Small appliance brands are equal to Dillards.
This JC Penney seems outdated and it smells funny. It seems like a place that will follow along the line of K-Mart and other stores that are closing down as their clientele disappears. Some other JC Penneys have been able to keep up with times better but this one is pretty sad.

Great selection, friendly staff. Clean store. One of the few main stream stores I still go to!
