I recently had an unfortunate shopping experience at your store, and I wanted to share my feedback. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the prices in-store did not match the prices listed online. This inconsistency left me feeling frustrated and unsure about the accuracy of your pricing. Additionally, the checkout process was less than satisfactory. I encountered long lines, resulting in a time-consuming and frustrating wait. It was disheartening to see such a lack of efficiency. Furthermore, I discovered that some items I had selected were labeled with incorrect prices, which led to unexpected discrepancies at the checkout counter. I believe that honest and transparent pricing, efficient customer service, and accurate pricing labeling are essential for a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit fell short of these expectations. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in your store's operations.
The affordable decent suit proposition is long gone. It used to be a core of the brand. I honestly can't figure out which demographic they're even trying to appeal to anymore. Between TJ Maxx, Target, Burlington's and Macy's, they're sort of lacking a reason to exist.
Cashier's so slow , chatting over customer..store meneger it's nowhere to find.. Store is very dirty ,all store is mess.. Employee no way to find if you need assistance Avoid big time..
Always been a great place to shop. Been coming here for years. Today, I paid a whole lot less than I expected for a pair of Nike running shoes for my junior high age kid who is in track. Great savings during 4 July Sales
Big and tall section was much better than average. Store was neat and orderly. Had a good experience here. Cashier was a bit pushy with the credit card
I went in to select a shower curtain, possible items for my new apt this weekend. The salesperson was not very helpful. I will not return. He had me tap 3 to 4 times which alerted my bank . It denied my purchase. He doesn't like his job .Very poor customer service.
The First Colony store was very hot. Only one dressing room was open on the first floor. There was a line of people waiting to get into the dressing rooms. The check out line was very long and the rude cashier closest to the door kept yelling at everyone coming in telling them the store was closing in twenty minutes, twelve minutes, ten minutes, eight minutes, two minutes. I don’t know why anyone would want to shop there. I will not go back. Richmond and Meyerland are farther to drive but my experiences at those stores has not been the nightmare yesterday was at First Colony.
It was a great shopping experience a lot of sales going on very clean and neat Karen at the checkout counter is very nice and helpful.
Today I went to do my return even though I don’t shop much here. There was two lady and one left and another called some help but no one came to help here and have to wait long time. Also other lady rather helping customer she starting folding clothes and left even though there was four five people in line..it was very bad experience won’t go there again due to bad customer service.
Worst experience ever, not a fan of doing reviews but today just did it for me so I was trying to return a necklace 14k when I approached Margaret to help me the first thing she said was if I could wait til Monday to do return so it wouldn't hurt their sales, like whatt how is that my problem??, anyways I told her I couldn't come back another day so she got an attitude and found the dumbest excuse to not help me she said it was missing the tag but I'm giving her the receipt and paperwork they give u when you buy it, anyways then she called a "manager" who was also no help, didn't provide a solution nor did she did the return so upsetting how they make it seem like I'm a liar and bringing back the wrong item, maybe is my Hispanic look that did it for them ! Least to say I will not be shopping here ever again!
