Usually there is a good representation of new clothing designers featured and a variety. I only go to Target for clothing & accessories. Found cute purse and wallet. Used self service area and the staff stayed in the area to help those in need. Line went quickly. Store was very clean and organized.
I made an online order and one of my items wasn’t in stock at my regular store but it was in stock here… so I made a trip to pick it up curbside. I’ve never had such a rude experience. First the lady went to my passengers window and had an attitude about showing the code when the passenger wasn’t even the one with the order. She seemed annoyed that we didn’t see her but I didn’t expect for her to go to the passenger side, I’ve never had that happen anywhere before they always come to the driver side. And don’t be mad at me cause I didn’t see you. Then the item was heavy I guess so she rudely asked me passenger to help her. So maybe she was upset that she had to drag out a heavier item. Idk girl if you don’t wanna work then don’t come to work. You could simply just be nice, none of this would’ve been an issue if she wa just nice. Will never do curbside here again that’s for sure .
Last time coming to this store. There was an employee helping me until this lady named Sakina started disrespecting the employee that was helping me out. I told her she shouldn’t be rude to her employees but she then told me “these type of people don’t deserve respect”. She then proceeded to tell me to mind my business or not I’d get kicked out of the store. This will definitely be the last time coming here until Sakina is no longer working.
I cannot say much about this store corporation the only thing I could say yes I apply 3 months ago I never got a phone call and when I called person they told me that I was gonna receive an email And also sometimes I go shoprite there it's not that bad it's OK Sometimes when you select debit credit Doesn't read the chip You just tap on it Is there a physics computer scanner thing or my debit or credit card that is probably not working properly‍
There is a phone representative there by the name of NAMFA that has a serious problem. I told her to Stop doing a transaction of my Verizon to AT&T cellular service. She did NOT and kept on trying to complete what I specifically no longer wanted mostly because she was having trouble with configuring my phone. I reported her to a Target manager but never got any response from Target about this disrespectful employee.
Overall I like the store but I went into their bathrooms and let me tell you for the bougie aesthetic they have , the bathrooms smelt like the Houston rodeo port a potty , I suggest maybe some air fresheners in there or more hygiene nick nacks
Shontea exemplified an excellent level of customer service. It was clear she had her duties set out for her that morning . She was the only staff member at Starbucks but she wasn’t too busy to greet me as soon as I walked up and my drinktasted sooo good. AND! She spelled my name right without me telling her
If I could give less then one start I would. Sakina is such a disrespectful women who mistreate her associate and use racist behavior against them. I went to the store and saw how she mistreated them and I felt bad. Please @target do something about this. Or you’ll be losing some good valuable costumers.
Will not be shopping here again. Manager by the name of Sakina was belligerent to employees and when others took up for them she threatens to have them removed from the store. Do better Target.
I freaking love this target! They are always welcome and on point with so much, they have awesome clearance sections at this location and for some reason I am able to find Noosa Cherry Vanilla yogurts which is a huge deal actually! Great selection in the grocery section!
