The store opens way later than the rest of the mall which caused me to spend more money at other stores,  the nerve.  They had everything that I needed for my toddler and myself in the clothing department.  Employee that I encountered was friendly and efficient. Discounts all over the store which is always a win.

Great shopping, friendly staff. Shopping IS back at JCPENNEY. A lot of lovely shopping choices and good quality. It was good to see other shoppers there

I enjoy shopping here, however, I am giving 3 stars because the store is a bit messy and if someone there could run the vacuum, that would be great.

Only complaints would be there is only 2 fitting rooms for everyone. Also staff does not pay attention so there was a pair clearance pair of pants that got mixed in with my sale jeans so I didn't get the discount.

A lot of discounts and very beautiful dresses too. It is only 4 stars becuase 2 of the dresses I found were damaged  .

Yikes. One of the most run down, outdated, and limited JCP's I've ever seen. They didn't even have air conditioning. Only two cashiers on a Saturday afternoon with lines running through the store. Many people putting their stuff back and walking out.

Visited today, 9/6/2019. The sales make women's clothing very affordable. Two pairs of jeans, one pair of dress slacks, and three blouses for $106. One concern was that one of the dressing rooms was closed and there was quite a wait to get into another dressing room. Once in the dressing room it was such a mess that I had to remove the clothing left behind by others before I could even use the room. After I got all the other clothing out it was disgusting to see that the floor was covered in dust bunnies, loose threads and something sticky that looked like it had been there a while. Hopefully this isn't how they always keep their dressing rooms.

I am super disappointed in this stores jewelry department.  I had bought a chain on Black Friday,  I purchased a protection plan and good thing to. The chain broke less then an hour after I started wearing it. I had the store send it in under the protection plan. Once I got the chain back it broke in less then a day again. This time I took it back trying to get it sent out again. The staff proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find the protection plan. I gave them they paperwork last time it was sent in and they never gave it back to me. So I purchased a protection plan for nothing, terrible quality and bad customer service. If I purchase a protection plan I should be able to use it stop scamming your customers.

They had some really good clothes on the discount racks, which was nice because their prices are so expensive! They do have nice quality stuff. However, we walked around for over forty minutes trying to find a fitting room that was open!! We finally found one but it was the men's! There was two men in there so I just asked if they had a problem with me going into one of the rooms!! The one man's wife was outside and she said that her husband wouldn't mind, and the other guy came out before I went in, but he said "no he didn't mind either"! I noticed there was almost nobody working there except to stock the racks, and they should have had more people available to check out as well as we had quite a few things and there was a couple men behind us and they had to wait for quite a while to get checked out after us!

A great retailer. I never leave Pennys empty bagged.
