Jacky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she took to work with us on selecting the perfect wedding rings. The staff at Riddle’s Jewelry have always been friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend visiting Jacky and the Riddle’s team.
My fiance and I came in here a couple times and everyone was so helpful! We’ve never bought any high quality jewelry before and they were so awesome to us! They answered all of our questions, discussed with us about what fits best with what, and overall just made us feel welcomed! We definitely recommend Riddles for any jewelry need!
Jacky was wonderful. I had seen a ring design that I loved online at a competitor, but had a very unpleasant experience. I went to Riddle's and Jacky welcomed me and was very engaging. I explained my budget concerns and that I was interested in alternative metals. The very first ring Jacky showed me was the ring I thought I couldn't have, I wanted to cry. She explained the warranty and that I could have the ring engraved all for less than I had budgeted. Because of Jacky, I will be a lifelong Riddle's customer.
I had a great experience with Riddle’s jewelry. I was greeted right away by Mathew and he showed me their mens casual rings. They have a great selection and the quality and pricing was wonderful. Mathew was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision. Check them out, you will be happy you did.

We were recommended here by a friend and thank goodness because they’re easily the best in town! The ring we picked out was affordable and the warranty was so great we couldn’t possibly pass it up! Cheyenne was so helpful and made the entire thing super easy! I explained kind of what I liked but wasn’t sure and very new to jewelry and she easily picked out 5 great ones! We picked one and bought it immediately! The prices were really good even for a college student! I am so happy with my ring, the ease of the process, and the help from the staff! We’ll be returning for wedding rings and more soon enough! I’m happy to pass on my friends recommendation to others now as my own! I’m thankful I went here and I’m excited to go back! You won’t regret shopping with Riddle’s!
Cheyenne was absolutely AMAZING to work with! I was looking for a unique wedding band, but couldn't find one petite enough that I liked with my engagement ring. She went above and beyond and searched for the style I liked and came back with the perfect band to complement my ring. I have never had someone who listened so intently to what I was looking for, and then deliver that exact result. If you need any jewelry, she is sure to help you find what you're looking for! I look forward to working with her for all my future needs!
I went in looking for info on how to repair a necklace chain that I accidentally broke. In a matter of 2 minutes the lady gave me a brand new chain for free, switched out the broken one, and put the new one on my necklace pendant. I was so taken back at how friendly and easy this visit was. Let alone, a new free beautiful chain!? 6/5 stars
I am in the pre engagement phase and starting to look for engagement rings to get a better idea of what I am looking for. Jacky took the time to listen to what I thought I would like and showed me some options. She was extremely insightful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I walked away with a lot of information and better idea of what I was looking for. I will be coming back again!
