First I want to say is this store was my best place to find special things but now I think that you need urgently renovate the space and put in front your best combinations you have amazing things but you must promote them, invite people to go into the store, maybe you have classic clothes but are beautiful

Depressing. Styles are outdated and overpriced. The sales floor is a mess and there's hardly anyone working. Shoes are plastic and clothes are polyester. Lighting is dim, making it hard to see products. It seems like the buyers are all over 70. No longer a good place for quality staples.

Update - store is still well stocked, but the fitting rooms are littered with clothing, and employees are still very unfriendly. The cashier was extremely slow and had a long line of customers waiting. The cashier didn't even communicate with me or any customers at all; inferior customer service experience. The store was cleaned and stocked, but the staff was not very friendly. Hopefully, JC Penny will correct this soon. I would recommend a visit but be warned about the staff's attitude.

The place was clean and organized, but I just wish the employees were more proactive and asked me if I needed any assistance, but instead, they kept talking to each other as they were alone.

Penny's is always cool, it just maybe need more staff in certain areas to help assist and direct the customer to the desired area.

Was searching for a fedora hat for a gift online, it showed that the nearby JCPenney had some in stock and had photos. Upon my arrival the associate in the hats area said they don't carry that type hat. Overall they had some pretty good bargains, I ended up buying two pairs of pants.

Love shopping here I always find what I need and great bargains!!!

All of our stores closed back home, so It's been years since we've been to a JC Penny's. It was definitely nice to be able to go back again, as the store is well stocked and well managed. With growing up next to Mr & Mrs Penny, it's personal to be able to shop at the store again..

Horrible customer service. Such a slow return line on the second floor. Be ready to go with a lot of patience and a long wait, and a long line to go along with it. This company is so inconsistent, they have these great home sales, but they don’t restock on their items.!! Plus if you order a king size pillow, be ready to pay an $8.95 UPS “oversize” shipping fee, even if you have it delivered to the store. My case j ordered a firm, they sent me a medium feeling pillow. It was their mistake and they still did not want to return my money back. Plus, they no longer had my #scottlivingpillow FIRM I so desperately needed! Also, on their receipt, they DO NOT HAVE THEIR RETURN POLICY —that changes too!! It’s now, 60 days, not 90 like before, so I lost money!

Shoe department is Horrible... Store has gone down hill, Use to love shopping at JC PENNEY'S, but I don't know anymore
