Went to purchase push gift for a friend. Loved the kindness. Very helpful to their customers and each other. The line was long because of promotional sale and Covid-19. They had reps come out and talk to us ahead of time to answer questions and help us choose. So the line moved really fast
Love this place and their jewelry customer service could have been a little friendlier but it was a good experience and I will be back! I saw so many things I need
I bought a necklace and earring set from Pandora in Orlando, Florida on May 3, 2022. I never wore it at all except to try the earrings once. I decided that I wanted to return it and tried to return it on May 20, 2022 at this Lakeside location. The girl that was working at the counter was checking the earrings and said that the earrings look like they have been worn every day and that there is stuff stuck on them. I kindly explained to her that I’ve never taken them out of the box except once to try it on. I don’t like being difficult, especially with customer service workers, so I just gave up explaining that I never wore the jewelry. However, she was rude and condescending and made me feel like she thought of me as a liar and a dirty person for getting stuff stuck on her precious jewelry. Her attitude and aura was very unwelcoming as well. I buy charms for my bracelet from Pandora a lot so now I’ll just stick with purchasing them online.
So it was my very first time coming here. I experience racism for the VERY first time in my life. My feelings are extremely hurt. I went in to do a exchange for a smaller size the very next day. I told the lady I put the ring on when I got home and folded a towel, I realize the ring slide up so I put it in the box and called the store. The lady over the phone told me it was fine to exchange after telling her what happen. I swear I had the ring on for no more than 3 seconds. I made it to the store and spoke with a young white girl that claimed she was the manager I wish I had her name but she worked April 27, 2022 @ lakeside mall. She said that she gets off at 5:30 pm. She immediately was VERY RUDE to me accusing me of doing laundry with the ring on and that she could tell the ring was worn down after 2 DAYS. I’m still in shock bc she had all these excuses as to why I couldn’t get a smaller size. And to think about it they never offered to size my finger or anything. This is my first time ever buying jewelry so I didn’t know they were supposed to do that. I called pandora customer service the Guy was really nice and understanding. I sat in the parking lot crying my eyes out because at 30 years old never would I lie about me wearing a ring for a long period of time. I understand policy but to be talk down on and accuses of something I didn’t do hurts! I NEVER even wrote a review about a place. I tried it on in the store which was rushed by the sale lady and that made me uncomfortable the very day I bought it. Overall I will never spend a penny with PANDORA. Worst customer service EVER. Her name was Alyiah Claire!
Wonderful customer service! Fast, friendly, helpful bunch of ladies.
Amazing customer service from Megan and Ariana...I also would like to recognize the manager that was on duty who put my charms in the correct order.
Went in to exchange a bracelet because it was too small and got called a liar for my troubles. The staff were less than helpful and were beyond rude. The staff is full of irresponsible children who can’t admit when they made a mistake and refuse to help when they are wrong.
I've been coming to Pandora now for about 3 or 4 years since my mom really likes their jewelry. I generally have a pretty quick and pleasant experience, but this particular time I found myself getting very frustrated. There was a promotion that said if you spent over 125 I could get a free bracelet so I spent 136, though I had an associate helping me, another random associate came by and mentioned that since my purchase was only technically 124 BEFORE TAX that I couldn't actually have the free gift OVER A DOLLAR....mind you I'm already in the process of getting my purchases wrapped up, after a long back and forth with her and another random associate who wasn't helping me from the start, I was able to get my gift, but the amount of effort that was put into getting it, after I was already assured that I could have it, was really frustrating, especially since the people giving me the most hassle were random associates that weren't even helping me from the start and weren't even a manager, who did later come by and say that I could actually still have the gift as promised! I recalled their names but I'm not going to put them as it's not worth getting someone into trouble over but I was really frustrated at the end of the situation and probably won't go back. I was especially irritated by the fact that the manager and associate both black were so helpful, and the 2 random girls both white were treating the black associate like he didn't know what he was doing, when Ivan clearly had a handle on the matter. In conclusion, Ivan made me happy the other two Karen's did not and PLEASE don't be petty about a damn dollar difference when someone pays over $100 its stupid.
Waiting about 20 mins to get in due to covid. That was fine. Once I got Inside sales associate was so rude and didn’t even greet me. I said hello and she just stared at me. My husband and I were so shocked about how much she didn’t care about customer service. I asked to see earrings and she pulled out a huge container and said what you want! At this point I was just done with the rude attitude. I said nothing thank you and walked out. I’ve never experienced such rude service.
I called on 2/11 about bringing my bracelet in for a cleaning. They assured me I could bring it in anytime, it was part of the “Pandora experience”. I came at 10:15am 2/12, stood in line for 25 minutes only to be told they aren’t doing cleanings until after Valentines. The ladies working were rude and completely unprofessional about it.
