Jeanne’s Gym was born from a basic idea to exercise inexpensively, with friends while enjoying the great outdoors.
Our goal is to help friends grow stronger and improve their overall fitness in an encouraging and supportive environment. Our classes achieve this goal by incorporating exercising both indoors and outdoors from basic calisthenic exercises to free weights, TRX -body weight suspension training, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, obstacle courses, kickboxing and doing lots of abdominal and core strengthening exercises. This intense cross training workout creates a lasting metabolic effect that will incinerate your body fat.
And most of all, we have fun doing it! As our clients work on getting fit, their health improves, they feel better and much more confident about themselves.
