TUF is a judgment free zone. We support each other and lift each other up. It is an area to leave your comfort zone and push yourself. You only compete with yourself. There are modifications for all moves, so every level can do this.
High Intensity Interval Training offered 6 days a week! We add weights in the classes for an extra boost in what we do.
