There’s nothing typical about CrossCut Barbell. We specialize in not specializing: instead, we strengthen the basic human movements of squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, throwing and picking stuff up. We use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, medicine balls, sandbags, bikes, rowers, ropes and more to keep workouts interesting, varied and effective.
