From the moment we first spoke upon my mothers passing, Jeff was attentive, compassionate and understanding. We met the following morning and with compassion he walked us thru the processes and procedures that we would be faced with over then next few days. With his attention, everything was smooth, beautiful and flawless. Jeff took care of all of the arrangements, flowers, organist, and anything else involved so we could focus on family. Jeff made everything easier at a hard time. He has a true compassion and a great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone in their time of need. Thank you again Jeff.

My path would not have crossed with Jeff's unless I faced the most painful loss of my life. While at the hospital facing my Dad's imminent passing my Mom asked me to call a funeral home. There are so many choices I don't know why I called Jeff. He personally answered the phone and was extremely compassionate and just took over. His communication with us has been impeccable and his knowledge has been invaluable. He went above and beyond in every aspect of this difficult time. I simply cannot recommend him highly enough. I called Jeff a few years prior to my Mother passing. Jeff came over without hesitation and went over everything with me. When she passed he was very attentive, caring and compassionate. He made the process go very smoothly and a very difficult time was truly less stressful because of Jeff. The funeral was beautiful! Myself and my family are truly grateful.

Recently, my wife and I both lost our fathers just months apart. My father passed away first. My wife’s father passed away about 3 months later after a brave, but brief fight. Those are times when people have to make decisions they do not want to make. My family and I made a decision to have Jeff take care of my father’s arrangements. Jeff was a great choice because Jeff is doing what he is great at. When my wife’s father passed away, both my wife and her family had to make decisions they did not expect to make. We are all thankful that Jeff and his staff were the decision we made. Jeff and his staff were great, professional, compassionate, understanding, supportive, and the one thing that provided all of us with some confidence. Losing a loved is the most stressful time in your life. Jeff has a gift at ensuring that you do not need to worry and can grieve in peace. Every aspect was flawless and so beautiful. Jeff uses the Abbey, a gorgeous, historic venue in DTW, that I never knew about and lived here all my life. The whole experience just felt comforting, warm, and inviting. My family is so thankful for all his hard work and would never use another business.

If I could give a million stars I would! My family and I have suffered a few devastating, unexpected deaths this year and Jeff took care of us as if he were family. He is a true human who oozes compassion. He has a real understanding of what it means to go through this process and he makes a hard situation so much easier.
