JCFS is the only full service FBO located at Jefferson City Memorial Airport (KJEF). We are a complete business and general aviation company that gives you the prompt, courteous service that you deserve. Upon landing at our facility, you'll be parked and receive red carpet treatment from a staff trained to see that you have a pleasant visit to our facility and locale. Not only will you find a full range of aviation services, but fuel at very competitive prices.

I stopped at Jefferson City Flying Services randomly flying my Cessna 182 home from Texas for a fuel stop.  When I shut down the engine, oil was liberating itself from my engine at too rapid a rate!, so I had to spend the night until I could find a mechanic.  Even though I'm just flying a "little airplane" I was treated like I was flying a Gulfstream.  When I shut down, two linemen came out to meet me right away- super polite guys.  When I noticed the oil draining out of my engine and quickly determined that I wouldn't be going anywhere, they offered me the crew car.  I accepted the offer, and before I knew it, they had the car pulled up to my airplane with the engine running and the heater going it was very cold and windy ready for me to take to find a hotel.  When I asked them what I owed for the tie down and the car and their service, they said, "nothing."  Wow.  The maintenance facility here was fantastic as well.  When the shop opened, they fixed my airplane so I could get home, even though they were very busy.  They kept me appraised through the entire repair process and again- super polite.  In fact, even the random guys and gals hanging around the FBO while I was waiting were just nice people to this complete stranger.  I'm not sure I have ever been to a better FBO, and I've visited lots of FBOs over the years.  I highly recommend coming here for aircraft fueling and service.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Probably the best customer service I have ever received at an FBO. Everyone that I encountered that worked there was eager and willing to assist with anything I needed. Can’t say enough nice things about this place.

My young adult son has flown out of here several times they rent bigger planes than he can get up here in Kirksville, and he says this is the "chillest," most helpful FBO he's ever dealt with.

JCFS runs a great ship and provides excellent service. They are a great company with excellent stewardship and I have seen many youngsters step through the ranks to build a flying career.  If you ever have a problem the owners are listening and will work to find the right student teacher pairing.  I would highly recommend their service as a model often imitated and rarely duplicated. Anyone considering a career in the aviation industry or ready to start one of the best hobbies should check them out.

Had pizza ready for us during a planned stop for our Aircrews. Excellent service and the example for FBOs to follow
