Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center

My dad was transferred to this facility for hospice care. Everyone we encountered was wonderful with dad, and they took good care of us as well. Emotional support was excellent. Very caring compassionate health care team!

I'm impressed every time I walk in, it always smells clean. The staff is always smiling, very polite and helpful. I personally couldn't ask for a better facility for my family member. He is a very challenging person. The staff understands that and treat's him accordingly to his issues of the day. I'm very grateful for that.

Hands down could not ask for a better facility to work for ! I have been here for 10 years and my residents are like my family! I work with the best and most caring team! Our number one goal is to come together as a team and always do what is best for our residents. I could not imagine working anywhere else ! Very thankful for all of my coworkers and residents.

My mother was at Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation for several months. The staff was beyond what anyone could hope for or imagine. Looking after and caring for mom. Calling us with updates and concerns. Giving us insights and information we didn't even know we needed. I could write on and on about this wonderful group of people who love not only what they do but each of their charges as if they are the only ones there! Thank each of y'all from our deepest hearts.

I'm so pleased with the care my husband is getting here while I recuperate from surgery, and cannot care for him myself. The staff is good at what they do, but more than that, they are kind to him.

I am a very proud employee of JCHRC. My journey into health care began at the age of 18 when I was welcomed in to volunteer. The staff embraced me with open arms, kindness and love. I am part of the management team and beyond proud of all the staff here that go above and beyond on a daily basis to tend to our residents, families and to one another. When you walk through the doors of our home, you become family, whether you are a new resident or employee.

So far I am not pleased. The room my my mother was in the bathroom was covered in overflowing dirty diapers. My mom would not use the bathroom, no staff had greated or helped us find our way around with no visible signs of what’s what unless they was tiny, again when leaving no staff around to get help on finding way out or let us know about the door alarm and what to do. Everything looks very outdated

I Have worked @ JCHRC For a year and could not love my job anymore. I work in Admissions and Love being able to help residents and Families with their needs. My coworkers and I are like family and it is a great work Atmosphere.

These folks are good people! My mom was there for rehab and was treated like family! Her therapists were great and did their job. Her nurses stayed on top of everything and the CNA’s were very loving and caring. The facility is clean and offers residents lots to do.

I have worked at JCHRC for 7 years and I could not ask for a better place to work. The residents always come first and we love caring for these precious souls. We all love what we do so much.
