My son had knee surgery and did his physical therapy here. I would never go anywhere else. The people are awesome and truly care. We worked with a physical therapist/ personal trainer to get my son where he needed to be. They have become his gym family. While he's finally been cleared by the doctors, he plans on continuing his fitness journey with Optimus for years to come. I really can't say enough nice things. They're awesome.
I have had exceptional treatment for several different health issues. Back, neck and knee rehab. The care is excellent and the staff is very attentive to all their patients. They seem well versed in there treatment plans. I have had good outcomes for all issues. Thanks.
It’s always a delight as soon as you walk into the building. The staff is always so helpful, things are always so neat and orderly. The owners are two of the kindest people you will meet. The bathrooms here are spotless and smell so good. The gym equipment is some of the nicest equipment I’ve worked out on, and they always update equipment when recommended. They also always have merchandise you can buy, the T-shirts are very affordable. This is the best Physical Therapy/Gym I’ve personally ever been to. I’d recommend it to anyone.
Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. Everyone I meet was so nice and really seemed to love what they were doing. After I got hurt at work these kind people did their best to get me back to 100% and did it with a smile. I'll recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Love to go here and have my shoulder therapy done. Everyone is very caring and on top of the procedures that need to be done to make a full recovery. They make sure that I understand what I need to do to obtain use of my shoulder and give feedback on a correct way to do the exercises.
I've had therapy other places but was never successful treatment till I was here. After therapy, I now enjoy their silver sneaker classes and joined the gym so I can use the pool at my leisure. All of the staff are very friendly and will do everything they can to help you. Price of membership is very affordable and much better than most other gyms.
Can't say enough about the caring staff from the front desk to physical therapy room. I had surgery on a torn ligament and after a couple months of therapy twice a week I'm pain free. Everyone in physical therapy room is so friendly and extremely helpful.
Thank you Eric~my right arm feeds so amazing after only one session. I will keep working on it and hope to be back at the pickleball courts soon! If I need your help again~will surely call again!!
Optimus Health surpassed my expectations. Very thorough at communicating with me what needs to be done to help my knee to get better. I went from a 55 degree range when I started to full range when I was finished. I went twice a week for 8 weeks I highly recommend going here. This is my third issue they have helped me with. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere! !!
I can't say enough about this place. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Mila cares as much about my recovery as I do and she proves it with every single visit. She goes above and beyond with her time and expertise.
