Museum and genealogical library preserves and exhibits artifacts from Jefferson County, Ohio in a 19 room mansion. Open for tours by appointment. Volunteer staff manages the building, conducts tours, assists in research, and shares stories.
To preserve, perpetuate, promote, and disseminate a knowledge of local history through a Museum and Library open to the public on reasonable terms, and by courses of lectures and publications of books, papers and documents related to local history.
