Don't waste your time and money. This place definitely has cheap material nails don't even last 1 week, and when you call them to explain they really get upset. You should be more professional instead! How are you guys going to keep customers, like that??? NAILS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE NOW A DAYS!

Had such a wonderful experience here!! I was looking for a last minute mani/pedi spot and they took walk ins. The customer service was great and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I got a gel manicure and pedicure here, and they didn’t miss a single detail. The salon is also very clean and well-kept. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on!

Mai is a perfectionist, I got there at the end of the day. I offered to come back in the morning because I know what it's like to be working all day. Sometimes you just need to go home and relax. I always get a French Manicure and it can be more time consuming. Mai said it would be ok to stay and she did my nails. I was her last customer and she stayed pass closing time. I know she had to be tired but she still did a beautiful perfect job. you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and I'm very grateful

I usually go there to get my nails done. This time i had the worst experience! If the girls are busy DO NOT let the guy do your nails. He cut me 5 times and continued to work rough on those nails!! they are very in even horribly shaped. The girls who do my nails are awesome they have always done amazing. The guy was sloppy and he kept yawning and not focusing on my nails. I wish i didn’t rip him. I recommend the girl if you go or leave if she is busy and come back when she is done!

Extremely horrible experience, Not the quality of work but the level of customer service provided. Not only was the manager attempting to upcharge me but she did so in the rudest and most unprofessional way. I have been going to this place at least every other month for the past two years and yesterdays experience brought that to an end. I get the same thing each time and there is no consistency in pricing although the prices are displayed on the board. After she removed the polish from my nails she started doing math and speaking in a foreign language to the other worker. She then gives me a price, when I tell her that was not the price I have paid historically for the same service and showed her my previous charges in my banking application from her establishment she threw the utensils down and shouted "you let me know when you're ready". I gathered my things and left quietly, had she said they raised the prices then that would've been perfectly fine. But to pick and choose who pays more for the same service at different times is not ethical business practices.

Terrible service. I went in for a fill & I had 2 cracked nail in witch the lady didnt even take off, she just put a layer of acrylic over them & then she charged me the same price as a whole new set, she said because she had to repair a couple nails. She didnt even do anything different to those nails then she did to my other nails so I dnt even know what she repaired & when I asked her, she had attitude about it. I would of gotten a whole new set for the price I paid for a fill. That is really bad business & I wont ever be going back there.
