I love Pampered Paws. What makes it amazing is the Manager, Tracy. I feel like my Lucy is in the right hands. She's my very hyper German shepherd puppy. And Tracy can always get her to calm down and to be able to be groomed or to be at the dog daycare or the boarding. He will also be up front with you about any concerns or behaviors that are problematic and how he will address them. He knows my dog's routine and I trust him to care for her. He gets to know each and every one of our furbabies and our furbabies become his furbabies. When your dog is new to Pampered Paws for the boarding or daycare, he will ask you to bring them for a 'socialization check' in order to see how they are with other dogs. For every dog's safety. He is very kind, also, when bringing up medical concerns and can't take them. He took the time to educate me that the 'eye goop's my dog has could be infectious. I appreciate that he always keeps all dogs safe and healthy.
Rude, unprofessional, and disorganized! I called in to make an appointment. I was placed on hold for an extended period of time just to be disconnected. When I called back, what sounded like the same female employee who answered the phone acted like she had no idea what I was referring to. I'll seek out another grooming salon that appreciates my business.
These folks are the best. Been going for years. They have great service and care for the animals. The day care is now open which they did an amazing job on! We recommend all our friends here.

My dog came home so haply jumping all over the couches and running back and fourth they are really doing something right at this place recommend
I just brought my puppy home from daycare and he is so happy! He had lots of play time and made new friends. He ate, had dessert courtesy of Pampered Paws, went potty and is sleeping. Tracy and his staff are awesome! It's obvious how much they love and sincerely care for dogs. Their boarding facilities priorities the dog's needs. We will be using their boarding services soon and we will have the peace of mind that our furbaby will be in good, loving hands at Pampered Paws
Nice place and they took good care of my dogs
Went to this place and took a tour...the staff are very friendly and are very attentive to the pets....the pets have their own room and will be active throughout the day not just stuck in their room all day
Love this place! Excellent service, good prices, and kind/friendly staff. Book appointments in advance 2-3 weeks at least as they are typically very busy. I think that speaks to how well they do keeping customers happy and coming back.
