This gallery is small, but people enjoy the artwork that is on exhibit here. It is a walk through gallery, with about 4 walk through rooms. The artist are local, they can be international..... you get a full bibliography of the featured artist, and price list for the artwork that is represented at this gallery. Free art gallery you can pop into. Curators are very helpful and knowledgeable, and know a ton about the artists on display! Wonderful way to spend a lunch break. If you're rich, you can even buy the paintings!
Absolutely the most outstanding art gallery in Charlotte. Mr. Melberg has outstanding artists from throughout the world in his stable of artists. His gallery shows and asociated talks are always brilliant and well attended.
This is a beautifully run gallery, displaying large contemporary works, mostly abstract, some figurative. Well worth a visit.
