We have gotten sub before and gotten made the way we want. But the last 2 times we have had items not taken off and other items not added. The subs are great .Food: 3/5
Everything is freshly made and tastes better than most other chain sub shops. Pleasantly surprised, and will go back. Vegetarian options: The grilled portabella sandwich is one of the best I have had from a sub shop or restaurant.
Great service! The staff greeted us as we walked in and were very friendly! Our subs were done quickly and made to order. Great flavor! The space is clean and inviting. We will definitely be back!
Ordered a chipotle cheesesteak from Uber eats with NO peppers and extra mushrooms. Got NO mushrooms, regular Mayo, loaded with peppers. Never again. I have worked here it’s not hard to follow a grill ticket.

They have a gluten free bread option and a separate slicer for allergies & celiac! The sandwich I got was a bit dry, maybe because of the GF bread. The employees were super friendly.
I visited the restaurant to get sandwiches for myself, my very young children ages 2 and 16 months, and my mother. My experience going through the order line was fine. After receiving my food I immediately went home and started eating. When I took a bite into my sub, it was very crunchy-did not quite taste right. I kept eating it as I was really hungry, but kept chewing on something very crunchy. I spit out part of the sub and found a piece of metal in my sandwich - a little larger than a staple. The situation was handed very inappropriately. I called the restaurant immediately to alert them of what happened. When the associate picked up the phone she stated that they were busy and I would need to call back later. She did not write down my name or phone number or provide me any time frame that I should contact them back. I understand that the restaurant is busy and as a health worker, I understand the challenges that arise from being short-staffed but this is unacceptable. I truly believe that if I didn’t make the decision to show up at the restaurant to confront them of the incident, it would’ve just been brushed under the rug. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the order taker Lee Ann. I asked to speak to a manger about the metal I found in my sandwich. Brady the manager came over to me. I stated what I found in my sandwich and he just offered to remake my sandwich or issue me a refund. I told him that I didn’t want to remake my sandwich and that I wanted to file a complaint. Brady states “We don’t do that here”. I stated that I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint, this is when Leann budded into the conversation and started arguing with me in front of a full restaurant. Leann aggressively shouted at me “He’s offering to remake your sandwich and give you a refund! What else do you want? Mistakes happen”. I explained to her I understand mistakes happen but this is a big mistake as I ate half of my sandwich already so it was very likely that I could’ve swallowed some metal and that I ordered sandwiches for my children as well…First of all, I was addressing the manager, why did she feel it would be appropriate to step in and yell at me when we’re trying to come to a resolution? Also, if the restaurant is so busy, why would you stop what you’re doing to argue with me when there is literally a line full of people waiting? Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Brady states he needs to “clear all these people out” and then he would help me. He takes a look at the sandwich and the piece of metal and stated he would inform his manager about it and issues me a refund, he states “You can go about this however you want”. I felt the situation was handled very poorly-there was almost complete disregard for my concern and Leann was very hostile towards me. I will not be returning to Jersey Mike’s.
Fresh food always taste of quality. I usually get a turkey sub, love the red wine vinegar they use. I feel the food is healthy and I never feel bloated after eating there. Service is usually pretty good friendly, acknowledge you even if they're busy. They also run charities where they donate their income for the day. Which is a really nice gesture. Parking: There's usually plenty of parking even on busy days. If you find it full for some reason you can park next door at the grocery store or the Barnes and Nobel.
Employees are friendly. My issue is my order was one sub and one bag of chips. My order was placed before seven other orders. I watched as everyone else got their orders. The latino younger lady with the wide face stood there doing nothing as all the other workers were working. Only to find out my ticket was sitting in front of her the entire time. She then finally made the order.
Great service. I came in late, right before close. I specifically asked if they would prefer I went to a subway, as it was juuuuust closing time. They not only made me feel welcome, but made great fun out of the question. I had a wonderful time chatting with everyone and getting great product out if it. Fantastic night from all involved. 10/10 product, 10/10 staff. Will return.
