I was at the store two weeks ago. It was hot and 85 degrees and sunny outside. I am 65 and retired. I got to the front of the store after parking and I asked the cart return teenager for the nice small shopping cart instead of the big one because I am old. Here's what the about 17 year old kid said to me " Sir, you can go out in the parking lot, and if you look around at all the cart corrals, you will be able to find a small shopping cart and then just bring it back to the store and start your shopping!" That's what I did. I am never coming back to this garbage store.
We purchased $25 worth of two T-bone steaks. I never had any steaks this bad ever. The gristle was so bad you couldn't even cut through or out so it was impossible to eat! I had to throw the first one out and the second uncooked one my wife will try to bring back to the store. We can't afford these special treats if a store can't cut or pick the correct grade of beef but to sell at a premium price. Very disappointed!
The last time I ordered pickup, I wasn’t given my refrigerated items. I didn’t notice until I got home across town and unpacked. When I called back, I asked if I could get partially refunded and was told it was not possible but I could come back and get the groceries. With kids and the drive, that wasn’t an option for me. I asked if I could get mailed a gift card with the difference possibly and they couldn’t do that either. Now, it was my fault for selecting the wrong store that was so far as my pickup store, but accommodating something like sending a gift card for the difference would be something easy to do to make up for their error in not giving all groceries to me. The money I spent that I did not got refunded for is a loss now- I waited too long before calling back to try to work out a refund for a second time, and they have no idea what I’m talking about. Oh well- live and learn- but that experience could have been better.
I loved this store when it was Copp’s. Now, the overpriced produce looks awful, they’re out of staples, the flour selection is abysmal and overpriced, and none of the employees know where anything is. I won’t be back.
A well stocked grocery store with fresh produce and bakery. Prices are reasonable and check out is quick.
Everything was well stocked and fresh. The people were kind and courteous. Got my pick n' save card at the customer service. Every interaction was very friendly and quick. Definitely a good grocery store.
Chuck the manager deserves a raise. Phenomenal service. I spent all this time defrosting and brining a turkey breast last night and when I lit the smoker and took it out of the brine bag the thing fell apart. Chuck was really nice and he replaced it for me no questions asked. Thank you so much for the great service!
For the most part, this store and one on Line Kiln is pretty good but every time I'm there they are out of a lot of advertised product. In an attempt to avoid the out of stock issue I tried different days and times at both stores but haven't had success as it's an issue every time. I don't live in Green Bay and am a 45 minute round trip from either store. Today at Main St store there was a meat department guy stocking lunch meat, hot digs, etc that wasn't out of stock, didn't see him rotate any of it but I check dates anyway but found it to be a poor practice. I continued shopping and came back to see if he was stocking anything that was actually completely gone and he wasn't so I asked if he had a particular item on his pallet. He seemed mildly irritated that I would ask but he said he'd have to look in back. About 5 minutes later he comes out a bit more irritated that I was bugging him and said he'd have to unwrap a pallet to get to it and it would take 15 minutes. His irritation level is raised even more, he made a face like I was way out of line to be asking him anything. I told him I'd wait as I don't live in Green Bay and he disappeared into the back. I sat up front for 20 minutes before returning. He's no where around, no one's even near the fresh meat case. EVERYTHING is well stocked EXCEPT for the one particular item I asked about. Either he's a power tripping fool going to teach me to ask for something instead of waiting until he's done to see if there is any or the store has no clue how to order popular sale items. I definitely don't understand the lack of customer centric priority stocking. Why stock product that is plentiful while right by it are numerous out of stock items, and not all out of stock were sale items. I don't know if I'm more disgusted with Pick and Save's inability to figure out how to order enough sale items or the disgruntled employee's attitude or that he doesn't rotate stock. Either way, extremely disappointed with Pick and Save, find it a waste of my time.
This store has gone down the tubes. Like hard. Anytime I go to the meat counter, there is never anyone there. I either have to hunt someone down or wait there for someone to come out of the storage area in back. They used to have a larger and more diverse selection on everything, and now with the pandemic, they almost have little to choose from, when they have an item available, and if its a canned good its dented or damaged. Boxed foods are no different. I receive coupons in the mail, and often times I throw them away as they don't even stock the product. The coupons that I receive are based off of my shopping at this store, you would think Kroger would have their act together to provide coupons for products that they stock at this store. I have even been told by a manager, at this store, that Kroger's marketing is created six months prior to being published. If that's the case, shouldn't the marketing team be able to adapt to the changes happening in the economy and in the world? I wanted to leave this feedback on Kroger's own customer feedback portal, but my receipt didn't have the necessary entry ID to complete that. TLDR: Store sucks and so does Kroger.
Trash store no organization. I'm not messing with Walmart but I'd rather give pick n save my business but get it together I guess festival's is the spot
