Jetwash Express Car Wash

Vacuums were awful. I tried multiple and was left with dirt just moved around instead of actually sucked up. I'd have let that slide if the cleaning was decent but it was not. My tires were still dirty and there were spots everywhere. I think the place needs some updating, for starters the vacuum tubes need replacing since they seem to all have holes which is responsible for the lack of suction. I paid $16 to get my car wet

Been here before several times and had gotten the $8 basic one. Comes out good nothing special but gets cleaned well. Decided to do the $16 that had added stuff and man oh man the tire shine was no where near on point only 1 of 4 got coated all around the others look like had a child do them ‍. Unless it was since it was moderately busy but won't be doing the $16 again.

I appreciate Danny Joe always personable and has a deep care for proper customer relations. Glad he cares the members get what they deserve every time! He introduces the opportunity to take pride in being a member and its advantages. I appreciate the team there and the ease to get the services needed. One remark is to ensure members are able to really get what they need and non members are invited and encouraged to invest in the location.Service: Vacuuming

This is the first time that I've noticed true pride and integrity when I get my car washed. Jonathan didn't just run the scrubber over the windshield my car. He took his time and even after I began to go through he was still trying to get the dirt off the back of my car. My car needed to be ran through again so by the time I got all the way to the entry Jonathan had already spotted the stain on my windshield that had not come off the first time and began to spray and scrub it out . Nowadays it's hard to find good customer service and young people who take pride in what they do. I hope Jonathan will keep up the good work, continue to be the leader that I see in him and know that the sky's the limit as long as he keeps a good positive attitude he and his infectious bubbly smile will continue to go far in life. Positive comments are just as important as the negatives that seems to be most common. Thank you.

First and last time!!!! The guy that works there was a gentleman he was very helpful. It was two females actually working the car wash part. One of the females was so rude and disrespectful. She started yelling as soon as I came through the car wash line about letting off the brakes. She then approached my car window and started yelling even louder. She was very nasty and rude. I definitely will not be spending my hard earn money at this place. She picked this job, If she don’t like she need to quit! No to mention I paid for a $20 dollar service and received the $8 dollar service.

Went there 30 minutes before closing and they still let me go through. Danny employee moved the cone for me to go through. Danny is the best there is and a wonderful human all together!!! Would recommend!

The employees are so nice and polite and anytime I have any bug related issues, Gage is there to assist on the spot! I have been a customer for over a decade and it’s the little helpful things that keep me coming back and more often. The place in Mesquite is second to none!

Danny was a great help when I was last there. He went far beyond what I would expect with help with a problem with my sticker. He explained the many services the company offered when I first signed up for the monthly service. Danny was FIRST RATE.

There is a person there clearly doesn't like his job ,always throwing the brush in the bucket and slams the brush on your windshield and beats up your car and scratched my car I had to tell him to be careful with my car and I spoke to another person about him and I don't know his name but y'all need to hire people that take care in your customers car's. Now I've gotten to the point that I don't want to go there but I bought a best car wash monthly plan . And not happy.
