Quater Horse Car Wash

This car wash doesn't get your car clean we had dirt on our vehicle after going through this car wash the manager is rude and don't care about your concern we went through this car wash and our back window was broken out by the machine we was half way out when the blower came on our back window popped and glass went everywhere we asked for the manager he was taken forever he sent a young African American male to tell us he was going to take pictures then he pointed to sign that was close up to the car wash as your going into the car wash not before you go into the car wash which was facing backwards so my husband went to get the manager him and the African American guy was unloading a truck like they didn't know what just happened then he pointed to sign that was facing at the very front of the car wash which was supposed to be before you go inside the car wash because you can't back up after you have entered so the sign was in the wrong place then they said fill out this paperwork I told my husband no because it going say that you agreed that they're not responsible for damage but we paid for our own window but we will never come back to this low budget unprofessional carwash business again ever.The pictures tells it all.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I drove into the car wash and while inside the car wash, my tire was punctured and ripped from the rim. The manager said it was my fault and not their equipment and that the tire was flat when I drove in. I just drove from downtown Dallas to Mesquite and my tire was just fine. He refused to even apologize let alone help in any way. I filed a claim with the corporate office and it was denied. Not sure how a car can drive into the car wash on four good tires and drive out of the car wash with three good tires and one tire that is punctured and ripped off the rim...and it was my fault??? BEWARE of this location and the corporate office.

Always enjoy coming here for a good wash and go. Love to see the young people out there working hard. Big shout out to Yves I think that’s how you spell it. He’s very personable and helpful. I watched him help another employee who wasn’t able to reach the top vacuum. Cool Kid!Service: Vacuuming

Just wanted to say that I love this car wash. I love that they open early at 7 a.m. which means I can get a wash in right before heading to work. I love that they give you an air freshener and dashboard wipe as well as how they have drying towels and spray at each vacuum station. The vacuums have strong suction and are great to use. The staff is nice and helpful and Yves is great...Yves has a wonderful since of humor! I would recommend this car wash to anyone!

First time using the service was super easy! Yves took time answering all of my questions and assisted my mother as well. It was such a hot summer day and he made the process quick and easy. I am beyond pleased with the service and recommend to everyone nearby to do their car washes here!

Honestly, hands down best car wash in town. Very professional in what they do, and always prepared to satisfy our car needs. In addition, all their employees keep the lot clean, and Yves is always kind, as well as, genuine in helping every time I go to get my car washed.

Honestly best customer service Ive experienced from a car wash , Yves was friendly and very charismatic, right off the bat really made me feel welcomed. Since It was my first time coming here he definitely made the progress go by smoothly considering he was explaining the different services to me , instead me of just making me read them and going that extra mile. Wave wash is definitely my go to car wash from now on the lines were quick & easy left my car looking spotless chief kisses.

Yves was so helpful and omg I love it here, he was so sweet and helped me out with my membership. Definitely the best employee at all the locations by far. I wish I had an Yves in my life

OMG Yves was so professional. He really went above and beyond assisting me with getting my car washed. He was very professional, quick and nice. Someone please give that young Man a raise because he definitely deserves it. Keep up the great work Yves it's greatly appreciated! I will be returning to this location thanks to him.

Used the website to cancel services in June. Was charged in July and August. As of this day my money has not been refunded. Was told in their comment section I should hear from them in 3 business days. Didn't happen. Will not use super car wash again. Still waiting on my refund for July and August.
