What an amazing experience in every way. Carrie very nicely greeted me as I entered into the Design Center and within minutes all my jewelry needs were met. I needed my broken wedding ring to be redesigned or replaced and new batteries in several of my watches. My husband returned with me and we changed our order from repairing my ring to upgrading to a new ring. Carrie was extremely pleasant and helpful with all of our decisions. She’s an expert in her field. Everyone who assisted and helped us at this design store were as equally pleasant and helpful. Their jewelry is superb and costumer service is quick and efficient. I am one happy very pleased costumer!! Thank you!
Brought my wife’s wedding ring to have a missing stone replaced under our insurance claim with Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance. The jeweler also suggested to have additional prong tips redone to prevent us from coming back when we inevitably lost another stone. Taylor was very helpful and friendly getting everything taken care of for us. Work was completed within a couple days and they billed our insurance directly, which saved us a bunch of hassle. The ring looks amazing! Just like it was brand new. We will definitely be returning here for any future jewelry repair needs.
Ordered a ring after discussing with staff and jeweler thinking it would work for a stone I had. After waiting quite a while for it to arrive it didn’t work. But went with a different setting and though quite a lot more $ am very happy. Service is great and staff very friendly. They make every effort to work things out and no hard feelings of they don’t.
Great place to buy from! They seem to have great quality diamonds. Carrie was very nice and inviting, I don’t know much about rings but she took the time to answer all of my questions even if they’re stupid. She wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do or wasn’t ready for. I went there twice and she took the time to show me a variety of diamonds and rings to make up my mind, and eventually on the third visit she helped me seal the deal. I loved how easy she was to work with and how inviting the store is, will definitely go back there again.
I came in to resize my rings, after I lost weight. I found them very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with the results!! My rings fit perfectly, and they made them shine and look brand new. I’ll be back for sure!

I went looking for a 10th anniversary ring and wasn’t sure what I really wanted. Carrie was so fantastic and being patient with me while I decided what I wanted. She helped me look and think of things ring related that I didn’t think before. I was able to find the perfect ring and I absolutely love it and so happy with it. Definitely recommend getting jewelry from here, they have a ton of options and the service is fantastic. Thanks so much, Carrie.
The service we received at the Jewelry Design Center in Kennewick was awesome. Carrie was wonderful to work with and gave great suggestions for replacing a pearl in a specially designed ring originally crafted in Portland. Her suggestions were correct as I picked up the double rings now attached together and re-sized! We will surely go there now for all our needs even though it is a40 minute drive for us!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. But after living in a small town used to very inexpensive jewelry repair from our local retired jeweler I think it's a bit expensive. Thankful to have you though.
I have already referred two friends to this jeweler. Carrie helped with designing a custom ring for me. It was exactly what I wanted and absolutely stunning. So glad I came into this shop.
