*Senior Outreach at JFS provides friendly visits, phone calls and Jewish programming to homebound seniors as well as to residents of local independent, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
*My Solutions Case Management empowers people to identify and overcome their barriers to self-sufficiency.
* Additional Community Support programs that complements our mission and enhances the lives of our community members, such as parenting workshops, support groups for caregivers and volunteer opportunities.
