I have had nothing but positive experiences with my physician, Dr L. Taylor and staff at Cotswold Medical Clinic. Dr. Taylor  has always been incredibly helpful, supportive, and educational during our interactions. Her willingness to provide me with the assistance and guidance I need to manage my health concerns has been invaluable. I feel heard and understood when I communicate my health issues to them, and they always take the time to listen and address my concerns. In addition, her ability to educate me on my health and provide me with resources to make informed decisions about my care has been incredibly empowering. I am grateful to have such a caring and knowledgeable physician and highly recommend Cotswold Medical Clinic to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

You know this clinic is top of the line when they take time to listen to what you have to say and know what to do to fix the problem.   They have really great doctors and staff!  I feel like I owe my life to Dr Taylor when she first recognized my heart problem and sent me to the hospital for a stent!  I love these people! Just read some of the other reviews.  I can't believe anyone would leave a bad review or dare to say anyone was rude or uncaring at Cotswold!  In 23 yrs of being a patient here, I've received nothing but the best service and treatments!  I hope I never am forced to change providers even if it is getting more difficult to make the drive into Charlotte.  I can't imagine having to go somewhere else!

Although this was my 1st visit, I felt as if I'd been going to this office for years. ALL the staff was AWESOME!! And I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO THE DOCTOR! Very pleasant experience and very timely. Wait time was ZERO all the way through the process. Awesome!

Dr Mueller and team were phenomenal. He listened to our concerns, completed a thorough examination and plan for care and follow up. The medical assistants were friendly, competent and worked well together.
