With over 20 years experience as an LMHC, I have worked with individuals not only struggling with addiction, but also mood disorders, trauma, relationship, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to feel confident to take whatever steps necessary to live a full and rewarding life.
As part of practice, I use hypnosis and EMDR, when deemed clinically appropriate. These tools can be extremely powerful in working toward resolution of potentially lifelong issues.
