I began the buying process with Mike Polczak over 2 months prior to picking up the vehicle and from half way across the country. Mike stayed in contact with me the entire time to ensure there would be no issues when we presented my daughter her new Challenger for her birthday. The folks at Burritt helped facilitate the surprise and everything went off without a hitch.

We want to call out Mike Buskey for an excellent customer experience. He worked with us for several months while we tried to find the perfect truck. He was very generous with the trade in offer for our truck as well as his time, but unfortunately we had some very specific needs that he could not find for us in our budget. We sat down with him while he searched the north east for something that would check the boxes for us, but ultimately, we went with a slightly used truck from another dealer. Mike did follow up with us and congratulated us on our purchase and seemed genuinely happy that we got what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a great experience working with him, and truthfully, more like sitting with a friend and talking than the usual dealer experience. We will definitely be looking him up when we need another vehicle.

Mike listened and brought out cars for us to test drive, exactly to the specifications we were looking for. Their inventory has something for everyone. I have the best car out there just my opinion. A simple phone call told me they didn't have what I wanted, but two were on their way. When it got there, I had to have it. Jim started my deal but ran into some personal issues. He immediately got Mike to help me out. Al did the best he could to get my payment down they are not miracle workers lol. I traded my truck and old 300 in for the new one. Sad to see them go. I later saw the same 2011 chevy truck and they had made it look beautiful again. I kinda wanted to buy it back. thank you all!

I have been buying vehicles here for 20 years. They price their vehicles to make sure they are lower than their competition's and the people you deal with throughout the buying process are like friends/family. I most recently worked with Mike Polczak in trading my 2012 Grand Cherokee for a 2020 Grand Cherokee. Everything went very smoothly, and Mike even facilitated some upgrades I wanted for the new vehicle for me. What more could you ask for while buying a vehicle?

I feel I need to write this review due to a negative one some years back. I leased a new Durango about a year ago. I received a recall and my car was not effected and they took it in for a short check out that was fast. I am impressed with the facility and high tech notifications. What a difference a few years can make. Giving customers free car washes are also great gives you the feeling of getting something for nothing. Even the coffee was good Keep up the good work. I would never do business with Burritt after the childish behavior of the business manager Randy and sales associate Bob. Those two had a melt down because Kelly blue book had an instant cash offer higher then their number on trade. Instead of having an adult conversation they said we are canceling the deal...over 500 dollars. We called at least 10 times to talk to them and they just ignored the phone calls. Rob the sales manager was a really nice and friendly guy but the poor actions of Randy and Bob tell me to never send any business in that direction.

He isnt pushy and doesnt talk to much just to get you to agree to a sale. 10 out of 10 mike is definitely the man to go to in order to make a purchase.
