I went to store yesterday and there was a book bag for 19.99 !!! I took it to buy and it rung up 24.75 i showed her tag and she said she couldn't give me price on tag!!! So please check your receipts

First time in Jimmy Jazz in Shorecrest mall. Worst service ever. I had to ask 3 people for the same shoe, until found one myself and tried it on. The sneaker was on sale but because one said a higher price, they refused to give me the shoe for sale price. I'm from NY, never had this problem in Jimmy Jazz in Queens. I will never shop here again.

I try to call stonecrest location and no one answer the phone. Very very poor customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Too many young adults just standing around talking and looking at you like your in their way. Two employees stood talking in front of me while I was trying to get to a pair of shoes for my son. I had to ASK them to move. Due to the fact I actually came to shop I spent almost a grand in this store but I WONT be back. Please do better!

The worse customer service every. I ordered a shoe online. When I received my confirmation, I had 3 shoes on my order. I sent an email immediately letting them know about the error and called. They told me there was nothing they could do and to return it when it came. I told them I was not paying for shipping to return something I didn't order. The response was, it's not our fault, so you need to return it if you want a refund. I will be rejecting the delivery and going somewhere else to purchase the shoes. If I could give them no stars I would, but it is required to post.

Only let's people try on one shoe, i mean get a better system if i am dropping $2-300 on 1 or 2 pairs of shoes I dont want to be treated like a criminal. They do have an excellent selection though, but majorly turned off by that ridiculous notion of rather loose good customers

I usually shop online nd this store was one of my favorite especially being they sold women clothes, but it had been a while so I stopped in to grab shoes nd outfits found out they no longer sale ladies clothes. I would say no to going back but they do sale shoes I like so guess I'll shop a lil longer there but won't spend as I would

Poor customer service!! I call about 4 hrs straight no answer.... picking up the phone is part of customer service to help out a customer who trying to see if a product in stock instead of driving 30 miles to get there & the item isn’t in stock picking up the phone is not hard remind you this wasn’t the first time it happened with jimmy jazz!! They might as well not have a phone line they dont use it guess they have one because of mall policy cause clearly it not in use after i drive around town to exchange the shoes cause they don’t have enuff sense to answer to save me time i PROMISE i Will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH JIMMY JAZZ
