I actually prefer this Macy's over others. It's usually very well organized and clean. The dressing rooms are much to be desired. But other than that I would come here before going to Perimeter.

Stephanie at your service was a most excellent employee. She was extremely helpful and very patient with her elderly customer. She was knowledgeable about the inventory. She stayed with me until my purchase was final. It really feels good to have a polite and good service representative. She makes Macy's look GOOD!!!
We are One Day Sale ready over here at T’ea Moss Gel. What better place could we beside than the Macys’s maybe being at the Herald Square one… there always a star inside Macy’s and there always healing with was at jus2go.com.. Happy Shopping
Worst mall and store ever. Never ever shop here. They have absolutely nothing, ever. Everything you’d have to order, so if you’re looking for something specific go ahead and get it online and save your time. The customer service is horrible, even the managers with the red name badge look at you up and down and not say a word to you, just plain rude. There was this one female “manager” who completely ignored me and the store was empty. The store is also absolutely disgusting, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or renovated since it opened. The stained carpet, the smell of pee, dim lighting, and the horrid bathrooms. Just a terrible shopping experience all around. Every time I go in I only ever see one older female custodian. They must work her to death, poor lady. The whole thing just looks filthy and outdated, don’t bother coming here, I can’t see how anybody still shops here.
Ms. Beverly is so nice, patient and caring. Will be back to see her first smiling face I seen at Macys in a while.

Picked up a package I had ordered online...very sweet woman working customer service... quick and smooth pickup
GRACE manager TANYA sales associate I came in at 11:35am to get some dress shoes. Once I tried them on I couldn’t fit the shoes. I went to exchange and Ms. Tanya examined the shoe Ms and was proceeding to give me a refund for my purchase. Then she called in the manger whom I purchased from then GRACE says there is no sticker on the bottom on the shoe so I can’t return or exchange. I asked her why didn’t she say that to me when I purchased from her earlier this morning and she rudely said I DONT HAVE TO, YOU SHOULVE LOOKED AT TOUR RECIPIENT. They both presented Very very poor customer service if I could give -5 stars That would’ve been a perfect score for how I was treated by BOTH of these women. THANK YOU TO THE CORPORATE AGENT I SPOKE TOO FOR REFUNDING MY MONEY.
