SUMMARY: THIS OFFICE WILL MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS, NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE REFERRALS THEY RECOMMEND, NOT SEE YOU AND CHARGE YOU, PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS DANGEROUS TO YOUR PREGNANCY, AND HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL CALMLY CONCERNED ABOUT IT ALL. OH WAIT, LET ME QUOTE THE LADY’S LAST WORDS BEFORE SHE HUNG UP, “ I DON’T CARE” It doesn’t matter how great your doctors are if your office staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t care, and are unwilling to be respectful. I’ve been in healthcare for 10 years and in customer service for 20 years…. I come to google to write happy reviews and boost businesses, but here I am today shocked and truly appalled at how awful my 2 experiences at this office were. They are the opposite of trying to help people! I am so thankful for my ability to ask questions and be concerned cause had I blindly followed this office today, I could have hurt my unborn baby. You don’t care? That’s fine. Everyone deserves a doctors office that does care about your health, wellness, and unborn child. That’s not this place!!!!
Dr. Jircik has been my Dr and all my family's doctor for more than 25 years it is like he is part of our family. He is concerned always with the entire life not just the patient in front of him. We love him and would recommend him to everyone.
Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Jircik is the best doctor I've ever had. I drive from Alliance to Burleson for my checkups.
I always have a good time experience. My only complaint is that they often don’t answer the phone during business hours. Also, they take a long time to get referrals sent out. As far as the doctor, I like that he listens and talks to you about the issues and explains things rather than rushing in and out.
Dr. Jircik is a caring physician with a wonderful “bedside” manner. All of the staff are great. Bobbie goes out of her way to help navigate the horrors of Medicare and various supplements.
