JJ Sullivan's Irish Pub

If you like Dive Bars, hole in the wall places, this one's for you. Red vinyl decor, very Irish ceiling tiles oh, and definitely lots of characters in this place. All ages, all walks of life oh, it's amazing how everybody comes together in one place. I gotta admit, the service is phenomenal!! There is one, yes just one bartender behind the bar, and she did an exceptional job with handling around at least 30 people at the bar. Then there is a guy with long hair that comes by to help, remind you that there's food in the back. And he's awesome too. Really friendly. My only gripe about this place is that they have a jukebox which plays music way too loud. Lol. It was extremely hard carrying on a conversation. But you know, I still got to give this place five stars, and it's a combination of the bartender, the guy with the long hair who is helping out, and the overall Ambience of this place. I'll be back!

You can’t go wrong with a good Irish pub. The service here is great—I was greeted and taken care of as soon as it sat down at the long wood top bar. Margaret was very friendly and helpful. The staff cares about where they work and want to help their customers—not easy to find in LA. If you’re looking for a good pub with good people, I recommend this place.

Came in tonight for a chill night after bowling, and this place lost/stole my friends debit card. Left him without any access to his bank. Worst place to come to as a first time guest. Would never comeback after this situation,

Cool place, very welcoming, friendly prompt service, great decore & ambiance! Pool table. Good drinks. The nite we were there they were bbq'ing pork for sliders! Check JJ Sullivan's out!

The bartender, MK was such a nice lady and had a vast knowledge of all the drinks we ordered. Definitely coming back thanks to her. She took care of us very well and such a responsible bartender gaurantees us coming back. Best bar in the valley thanks to her.

Went last Saturday day night for a random drink. Chill vibe. Bartender was great! Friendly! Will be back.

Seen this place a million times, but never went in. Finally made it in and the place completely surprised us! First off, it did not stink like stale beer like every other bar in America. Im OCD and this gave me the sense that not only do they care about the business, but that know how to run a business. Clean beer lines = fresh amazing beer!! Sadly im not a huge irish beer drinker, but they had something else that worked for me. The bartender lady was great. Super friendly and very attentive. She made light, but meaningful conversation and seemed very genuine. Totally not the dive we expected!

Outrageous prices even @ Happy hour. Rude is the decor! Only redeming value is a $1 indoor pool table! Yes, one billard table I'm disappointed that I keep going when desparate for a game. Avoid the rotund brunette bartender, I've witnessed her take to men at one time! Big guys!

The bar tender didnt tell me there were two sizes of beer, which kinda bothered me. Not very attentive. She would have made more money if she bothered to pay attention to us. Never asked us if we needed anything. Ignored me when i went to the bar standing in front of her.
