Joan's Self Service Car Wash

Right after I got done washing birds took a fat dump on my car, not very happy, they have been here every time I've washed here -_-

I lost $10 trying to wash my car at a bay that is not working. Tried calling the number listed on the door for assistance - of course, no one answered and I have not gotten a call back either. I do not recommend this location!

The tokens are a rip-off. They make you buy tokens, so that you always spend more than you really need to. The credit card is the better option, but the time runs pretty fast here, and you're still getting ripped off. You're better to go to Little Rascals, or better yet, go to a full service car wash, or wash your car with a bucket of soapy water.

I always go here to wash my car, it's quite and sort of out of the way being behind the Oil change place. Its a great place to go and hand wash your car. Plus haveing the convenience of a card reader on all the wash bays means you don't have to go and get cash and then turn the cash to quarters and then by that time your just ready to go to go back home. With the card reader if allows you to go and simpley swipe your care and receive your credits. Usually off one swipe it allows me to run threw every service they have available within the time limit. And I don't rush. They always have all the products available, the pressure is good, the wax is hot and the bays are clean. Highly recommend for anyone needed a quiet place for some therapeutic car washing.

Dollar exchange machine was broken, but I ended up using my Debit and Car wash was excellent.

Just put a dollar in the machine and no tokens came out. Called the business number and no answer.

Any Joan's Car Wash in the DFW area is amazing! They have all of the options soap, wax, clear coat, spot free rinse, etc. And they have carpet shampoo machines. Only car wash I use in area

I like because when other locations near me have a line to get into a wash bay, there is usually one open here. Price is about same as other locations and they always seem to have the soap, wax etc available.

Spot free leaves marks all over the car. Finally broke down and got a car wash club membership. Costs about the same and you can let a couple of guys do the work for you.
