Corey was amazing. I had accidentally lost a piece of my car, and he made sure to retrieve it for me a couple days later when I went back to inquire whether they had seen it. I liked his determination.
They are closed even when it says they are open, I called to see what’s going on and no answer. It’s unbelievable how this place stays in business. The washing tunnel breaks down once a week. I wish I lived closer to a Tommy express car wash. Just disappointing how terrible the business is ran. There was no workers there to even talk to. Go ahead And let Tommy Express run this place!
For the past few times, I’ve had to wait for an agent to come out of the office to guide me in. It would be nice to have someone paying attention when I’m coming through the gate. This location doesn’t have a mat cleaner like some others either. In the past, they used to pray down my car before entering, however, haven’t done this all Summer. May be the Texas heat, but feel I’m not getting my premium membership benefits at this location.
This is a great place. I had bought a membership through my cell phone company. I have never done that with a car wash before. When I pulled up they were very helpful and knowledgeable about how they were involved in the business deal with my cell phone company. They treated me very well every time I was there, without fail. The promotion is over now. As I found out yesterday. But the lovely woman that was working gave me a free car wash so I didn’t have to back out. Which I wouldn’t have. But they bend over backwards to service their clients! Great place! The membership is really worth it!
Definitely wasn’t friendly to my Toyota CHR. Scratched up the back of my car while leaving blue felt on it. The same felt used in the car wash. Manager wasn’t there but the staff member was super nice and understanding. But he couldn’t do anything to help the situation Needless to say, I don’t recommend this place to CHR drivers at all
This use to be my go to car wash but after today no longer. Paid almost $14 for a single car wash & my car was barely clean. My car was so dent up & scratched when it came out the car wash as well. In the past I was told I was able to use the dry towels & cleaning solution but after today I was told that’s no longer available unless you have a membership. Only good thing I can say is the staff is pretty friendly & very nice.
This is an amazing place to get your car washed. the paid membership for unlimited washes is so useful and the free vacuumes to use anytime regardless if you get a car wash. Corey the GM is very sweet and I recommend this place a lot!
The car wash is ok I have to go multiple times sometimes and dry my car with towels after because the dryer doesn’t dry very well, I’ve also noticed sometimes they are out of soap or wax and even closed when they are supposed to be open they will have the cones to block the drive thru so you can’t enter. Honestly just go here for the vacuum’s, I like the car wash cus it’s close to me but I canceled my membership their prices went up too much and it’s not worth it to me. The guy that works there Corey is nice and doing a great job so kudos to him nicest employee there I’ve met.
Been using their service for long time, and for long time I wanted to give heart felt gratitude for excellent services for community and I grateful to Mr. Bobby who came up to assist me with professional assistance and great attitude. I would like to suggest everyone to visit Zips car wash. Awesome!!!
Had a great experience at this location! Corey was helpful in guiding me into the car wash and i could see him walking around the vacuuming area making sure it was clean, vacuums we’re working great and the towels were stocked
