The store is well-stocked and the signage helps you find what you're items. It helped that I'm familiar with fabrics etc bcuz there are not many employees to help.
Friendly staff even though a few employees were young & new they did theirbest to help me out with what I was looking for. The store is always well organized which os a big plus!
They didn't have what I needed but offered to help me order it to either have o It sent to my house or to the store. The store was clean and well organized. The workers were very helpful! Will be back when I'm in the area.
This appears to be an older store, but it is always neat and well organized. I was able to find patterns in my size that I haven't been able to find in other locations. I noticed more employees this shopping trip.
Nice layout everything is easy to find . The place is understaffed, however the young ladies behind the counter were very very helpful they work well with each other and it was Pleasure meeting them. Great job ladies
Nice clean store. This store is bigger than the one in Lombard, but still not very big. The staff was nice, they have a large selection of fleece, but not a lot of fashion fabrics.
Love my closest Joann store. It needed a ton more product though. The seasonal home section gets picked over so quick. This is a great location to go bigger because it's so tiny.
The employees are knowledgeable! They always want to help you get the best value for your purchases. The Joann app. is easy to use with great coupons.
I had never been to Joann Fabrics and the young man that assisted me was excellent. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of guidance on re-upholstering kitchen chairs. A lot of help. I will return to finish the project.
Although the sales associate was very nice & the guy who was working on the floor seemed already harried at the beginning of the day, he did assist me, however, my experience could've much better. I wanted to purchase a fabric in the 70% off rack and I was told it was not. It was only clearance. So the price was more expensive. Then I wanted to also purchase 2 pumpkins that was on the 60% off shelf and that did not come up, even though there were more pumpkins like that with the sign marked 60% off. There was another item that should have been marked 40% that did not come up at that price. I was given that sale price however. Any price that's advertised or is put in a section with a different price, it's supposed to be honored. I worked retail enough to know that. By law they're supposed to honor it. I'm not a customer who tries to get over on businesses because I have the money to pay for them and that's not my character. I'm a person that if the cashier missed my purchase, I will tell them about it. I'm not sure if I'll return to that location.
